The food is a little bit pricier than other meal services but you are getting fresh food delivered daily (or when you schedule it). I work as a med device sales rep so I definitely need some sort of meal prep. My only problem is that sometimes I get stuck at the hospital and don't leave a cooler bag out because I think I will be home to get it or I know the cooler bag I have will probably be warm by the time the food gets there. My only other complaint is that it is a day by day menu so if you want to plan meal prep for the week it can get tricky to get what you want. For example, sweet potatoes are made on monday this week and chicken is made on thursday. But I would love to just do grilled chicken and sweet potato for lunch all week.
