The Steakhouse Burger is hands-down one of the best I've had -- juicy, flavorful, and cooked exactly right. The fries were cooked to perfection: crispy on the outside, fluffy inside, and absolutely addictive when dipped in their house ranch. That ranch is next-level -- tantalizingly delicious and packed with flavor! I also loved having the seasonal Mango Cart beer on tap. It was refreshing, crisp, and the perfect complement to the meal. What really made the visit special was the outstanding service. All of the staff were excellent, but Summer D and Abby went above and beyond, making me feel genuinely welcomed and taken care of while I relaxed out on the patio. 20+ year customer ignored in a near-empty restaurant…read more I have been a loyal fan of Red Robin for over twenty years, but my experience at the Spring Hill location this past Saturday afternoon was beyond disappointing. Despite the restaurant being slow, I was treated with complete indifference. I arrived early in the afternoon to place a simple to-go order. A young lady told me she'd be with me in a moment and went to the back. A male employee then walked in, made eye contact with me, and immediately walked to the other side of the restaurant. When the first employee returned and asked him to take my order, he told her he'd "be with me in a minute" because he needed to set up tables--keep in mind, there was no one else waiting. I stood there for several minutes watching him slowly meander around and adjust tables while I was completely ignored. A third employee eventually walked by and gave me the same "be with you in a minute" line. I have never felt more disrespected while trying to patronize a business. I ended up walking out without ordering. I'm not sure if the staff had an issue with the shirt I was wearing or if this is just a total failure of management and basic hospitality, but I won't be back to this location.
