Came here because they have happy hour and smoothies are $5 so can't really go wrong with that in this economy. I think it's from 3-5pm everyday and they do have other menu items for happy hour. I'll have to come back and try the rest of the menu!

I have recently grown more fund of vegetarian/vegan food and think Fresh is one of the good ones. They have great and friendly staff , great vibes and a patio suitable both for summertime and winter. Their add seasonal items to their regular menu based on the season. I tried their 9-Laye Burrito and it was delicious. Can't wait to try more on their menu.

I have eaten at Fresh 4 times in one month...and this is from a person who is super anti vegan food lol. I decided to give them a try since I kept hearing how good it was. Well, I am officially a believer. This place is soooo good. Here is what I've tried so far: Quinoa onion rings I don't even like onion rings. However these ones are battered and seasoned so nicely, there's just something about them! They're a great app to share. Dumplings I appreciate the spice here. The dumplings are filled with spinach and I like spinach, so I really enjoyed these. Dragon fries You actually get quite a lot in this and I love all the flavours. Especially the chillies! Tiger bowl She's the star of the show. I just love the soba noodles here so much. I love the texture and how they pair nicely with the sauces. The crispy tofu cubes?!?! Yo ok, I cannnnot get over how good these are. I don't know what they are seasoned with, maybe nutritional yeast?? They have like a cheese taste to them. I could eat these like chips. Everything about the bowl just goes so well together. I love that I'm getting my veggies and protein and I do not miss meat at all when I'm eating this bowl. The aesthetics of the resto is also beautiful. For the most part service is quick and friendly. I did have a server who treated me different than the other 3 people in my group on one particular visit. And not in a good way. It was really odd and even the other people in my group noticed. Anyways, besides that I'm still giving 5 stars because the food is just that good.

Nice staff, friendly clean atmospheres. They are very polite with takeout orders. They always make sure to ask you if you need cutlery or hot sauce. The orders are usually always on time when placed online, unless they're very busy. I like the dedicated parking for pick up orders. very great place hope it stays open and continues to thrive.

Good healthy option for a day at the mall. Not a busy spot when we went but that was perfect for the quick and healthy dinner out. Bowls and salads were surprisingly filling given it's 100% plant based! Modern restaurant with diverse salad bowls. Would go back for the healthy and fast experience.

If you're looking for a healthy, vegan-friendly restaurant, this is a great place to go. But purely based on a taste perspective, this was just okay. The salad I ordered had tofu (which tasted sour), avocado, greens quinoa and other veggies. Even with the dressing it was mediocre. They could have at least added salt and pepper to the avocado, or perhaps marinated the tofu in a more flavourful sauce. Instead, it was just a bunch of ingredients chucked together with bare minimum seasoning.

Not gonna lie, one of my favourite places to eat. Abundant vegetarian choices and fresh juices/smoothies.

Fresh at Sherway Gardens is a new take on the traditional plant-based chain of restaurants that have been around since 1999. While the original restaurants were hip and trendy, this new location show its more mature and refined side. The menu has been further expanded, offering an extensive selection of plant-based brunch items, pizzas, starters, tacos, burgers, wraps, salads, bowls, juices, shakes, smoothies, desserts and more. In my first visit, I ordered the Cobb salad (tempeh bacon, crispy chick'n, avocado, marinated farro, vegan feta, tomato, red onion, mixed lettuce) with 369 (sweet & savoury, tahini, maple, lemon) & tahini (tahini, garlic, tamari, lemon, sunflower & flax oil) dressings on the side, and The Beyond Cheeseburger (Beyond Meat burger, special sauce, lettuce, chao cheese, pickles, red onion, tomato, alfafa). I absolutely loved the Cobb salad; the tahini dressing provided a very creamy and rich experience, while the 369 dressing provided a much lighter take on it; the flavors of all ingredients went very well with other, with great texture as well. The cheeseburger was good; it would had benefited from more of the special sauce, as it felt a bit on the dry side. In my second visit I ordered nachos (cashew queso, mushroom & artichoke chorizo, pico de gallo, jalapeno crema, shredded lettuce, avocado, red pepper, cilantro, pickled jalapenos, crispy corn tortillas), spicy ham + pineapple pizza (tomato sauce, cheese+, mozza, ham, pineapple, red onion, pickled jalapenos). The nachos were a tasty appetizer, perfect to share with others. The pizza was also very flavorful and tasty; a little bit more of cheese+ and mozza would had been great. Service was attentive and on point during my first visit (weekday), but terrible, absent and lacking on my second visit (weekend), so they definitely need to up their game and provide a more consistent customer experience. Parking available on premises. The area is served by TTC line 80. TLDR; tasty and varied plant-based food, service needs to be improved

The food here was amazing. The menu is plant-based and we wouldn't have noticed the difference as the crispy chicken sandwich and beyond burger tasted like the real thing. The ambiance is also quite chic and relaxed. Will definitely be back to try other items on the menu.

C less then enthusiastic cashier behind the counter made the experience significantly worse, after they couldn't hear my order and asked me to repeat myself many time Do you think you could turn the music down? I'm sure this isn't helping the repeating the order? "the music is too loud?" I was waiting for the food, the music wasn't turned down, and the whole situation was overwhelming and made me so irrationally angry The food which was brought home because of the obscene noise levels was less then average, nothing special to write home about. So I left this restaurant, with ringing ears, angry over the overall experience, and nothing redeemable from a taste standpoint. for context as well, I've been to concerts that have been quieter then this experience Won't be back, absolutely save yourself the experience

It's a genuine smashed burger. My first bite of the meat that went outside the bun had me worried that it was overcooked, but it ultimately was just that piece as the rest of it was good and what you'd want from a smash burger. I got a double - which I'd recommend since the patties are on the somewhat smaller side, and really loved the burger. The fries were surprisingly average to my taste. Cut similar to McDonald's, but I didn't find they had much taste and were quite oversalted. Actually, they were very oversalted. I imagine that was a mistake on whoever was doing fries and otherwise they would be average but passible fries. But someone preferring thin cut may feel otherwise. My wife really enjoyed her strawberry milkshake. It doesn't look like it's from ice cream, but rather a cream base that they put in a frother for quite a bit of time. That also held up the order since there others had ordered shakes too, but ultimately it was a very good shake and can't hold that against them. It definitely came out nice and light.

It's a small old-school diner conveniently by Kipling TTC/GO station. I tried their cheeseburger and poutine. This place is old Etobicoke architecture, in stark contrast to the shiny new condos, Scotiabank, and Farm Boy across the street. But I'd be lying if I said I don't have a soft spot in my heart for classic Toronto buildings, so in I went. The decor is funky retro dinerish. From seeing the ATM as the first thing before the counter started, and the fact the guy before me paid in cash, I intuited that this might be cash only, although I didn't confirm that since I actually had some of the folding stuff on me. A cheeseburger, small chocolate shake and French fries set me back $17.05. Not cheap, but not too much more than other fast food in Toronto. From what I saw from the other orders in front of mine, they have a wide menu selection including grilled chicken, steak, and veggie burgers. Also, the bacon they were adding to other sandwiches looked tasty too! The cashier was pleasant and the sandwich assembly line was efficient, and soon I was sitting down with my meal. The place was constantly busy while I was there. The fries were really good. Crisp but fluffy, not greasy, and unsalted, because as an adult, I could pick up one of the provided salt shakers and choose where I wanted my blood pressure set as opposed to the chef deciding for me. I actually didn't add anything because they were so good plain. The burger looked like someone had used ground beef and not a liquid slurry. It was passable, a very clean flavor. It sounds hypocritical to say I would have liked a bit more salt in the burger, but, well, guilty. But I appreciated the homemade feeling of the texture, a nice chew without being rubbery. And the bun was nicely toasted too. The shake came from a shake machine, and tasted exactly like that. Nice and thick, nothing special, but it hit the spot.. It's not a destination location by any means, but if you're in the area and looking for a burger, this is a fine choice.

This is the kind of place you go when you want to step away from overly fancy burgers and just enjoy something classic that works. I ended up trying most of the lineup, and honestly, there is not a dramatic difference between the Automatic with Cheese, Bacon Cheese Automatic, and Golden State. The builds are fairly similar, which is not a bad thing, just something to note. The standout for me was the Hotomatic with Cheese. The hot pepper slaw had more heat than expected and added a real kick between the patties that made it memorable. If I had to recommend just one, it would be either the Automatic with Cheese or the Golden State. Both are clean, balanced, and hard to mess up. My biggest obsession here is the fries cooked in beef tallow. There is something about them that instantly brings back the taste I remember from childhood. If anything, I just wish they came in a larger portion. One small letdown was the Bacon Cheese Automatic. While the burgers overall feel thoughtfully assembled, the bacon felt oddly disconnected, almost like it was added as an afterthought. Instead of blending in, it stood out with sharp saltiness and threw off the balance a bit. That said, this place does exactly what it sets out to do. Simple, nostalgic, and executed with care. I will gladly be back.
