There wasn't much that could physically be done to make it right because it was closing and the techs left. But the guys at the front desk were less than helpful and basically tried to convince me the cost of the supplies is what warranted the +$15 +$20 +$10. A $5 discount for an outing that was suppose to be memorable for two little girls was ruined when they couldn't execute the SIMPLE vision and then the solution was "it is what it is".
