I would definitely recommend this establishment being that they offers great customer service (which is everything)!. No one wants to spend their hard earned money in any establishment that does not appreciate them. This nail studio definitely values each and every client that walks through that door. Offering a discount doesn't always fix the issue, but taking the time out to acknowledge the clients experience weighs a lot more. I would 100% recommend this place.

When I arrived, they were EXTREMELY busy--there were lots and lots of people there! I did not have an appointment, and the young lady at the front was very nice and upfront with me about the wait. She told me it could be about an hour, or I could come back around 4:00. I decided to stay and wait, and fortunately, it ended up only being about 30-35 minutes, which really wasn't bad at all. I used the time to look through their polish selections and decide what color I wanted. The gentleman who did my nails was nice. I could tell that he seemed a little tired, which was understandable considering how busy they were. He was patient while I tried to decide between a couple of colors and walked over with me so I could show him exactly what I wanted. I do wish the actual service had felt a little more relaxing and pampering. I wouldn't necessarily say he was rushing, but I would have preferred for him to slow down just a little and use a bit more care, especially while buffing my nails. At one point, I could feel some burning from the buffer. He was apologetic when I mentioned it, but I think a little more gentleness and attention during that part of the service would have made the experience much better. With that being said, he did an excellent job with the actual polish! This was my first time trying cat-eye polish, and it is definitely different from what I expected--it is VERY shiny! I'm still deciding how I feel about the style itself, but the application was done very well. Overall, my first experience was okay. Nothing happened that would keep me from returning, and I definitely want to give them another try. Since they were so incredibly busy during this visit, I would like to go back during a slower time, possibly with an appointment, and experience the salon when things are a little less hectic. I'll be back and give them another try!

Everything at this salon has an add charge that was not explained or noted prior to the service. So it is what it is.. is the attitude. The techs were mostly fine-- though both girls needed their finger fixed multiple times. The designs were not done correctly, it was a whole thing. There wasn't much that could physically be done to make it right because it was closing and the techs left. But the guys at the front desk were less than helpful and basically tried to convince me the cost of the supplies is what warranted the +$15 +$20 +$10. A $5 discount for an outing that was suppose to be memorable for two little girls was ruined when they couldn't execute the SIMPLE vision and then the solution was "it is what it is". If you come here on the regular, I applaud you for navigating the system. As a new comer we are definitely a once and never again.

The French tips were super thick, and my cuticles were cut way too much. I let the nail tech know I wasn't happy and even showed her my thumbs -- she only fixed one nail and ended up cutting my thumbs shorter than the rest of my nails, which really hurt because they were my natural nails. When I went to pay, the total was $111. I didn't leave a tip because I genuinely wasn't happy with the service. I told the lady at the front that I would come back later because I wasn't satisfied, and she was incredibly kind and apologetic. Meanwhile, the nail tech who did my nails just stood in the back sipping her Stanley, watching me -- it felt so petty and unprofessional. When I came back, someone else was at the front. I explained the issue, and the nail tech who originally did my nails came and just stood beside him while I was talking, which honestly felt like she was trying to intimidate me. Thankfully, the man at the front sat me down and fixed everything -- and I was really happy with the final result. But honestly, it wasn't just about the nails. What hurt the most was the lack of care and the way I was treated by the first nail tech. I left in tears. I wish I had gotten her name, but the experience left a really bad impression. Service matters, and kindness goes a long way -- especially in this kind of industry. I'll upload pictures of the before and after And the cuts may not seem bad but my cuticles HURT anytime they touch water
