I was stuck early one morning with a keyless entry Ford Edge SUV (with what I learned later was…read morelikely a failing battery). I couldn't open the doors or start the car. The physical key was also giving me problems so I couldn't even get into the vehicle. I contacted other locksmiths, but Mark was came in at a great price and tried to walk me through testing the key fob, swapping its batteries, the physical key and anything else that could be wrong. Luckily for me the battery came back to life enough for me ro be able to take the car to Mark. There he did some diagnostics and told me it was likely a failing battery and not the key fob.
