Needed a lock switched out (lost my keys). Called about 9pm. Guy was there in 15-20 minutes. Put in new lock in about 20 minutes, tried it a number of times to make sure it worked good, had me try it multiple times, gave me multiple keys, made sure all worked. provided me with 2 tools in case anything loosened up. (it didn't). When I told him I needed screws for another lock I had, he went to his truck and spent 5 minutes searching for the right size screws. Has good skills and a gentleman!
