We had to figure out some locational issues because our hotel Alila Marea Beach Resort would not allow us to detail on premises. Michael's communication was legit, the guy would text me 10-15 minutes before he left, 15 mins before he arrived and also 10 mins before he was done with the car. The car was in immaculate condition when he was done and he was extremely knowledgeable about detailing. Highly recommend Michael!

Then he tried to get me to have my headlights cleaned. Next he tried to act like he was giving me a deal to have my headlights and $50 wash done for over $100. What the hell! Why can't I just get a $22 wash and be done?! My car took no time at all to get "cleaned". I didn't time it or anything, but it was really quick. Two people were waiting before I walked in and I got my car first. The pictures are of how badly my car was "cleaned". I'm taking them in the parking lot of my doctor's office. I have a lot to do today. If I didn't have a full day of appointments scheduled; I would have demanded a re-clean. I don't have the time to go back. This is ridiculous! How can they charge $50 for this. I could take so many more pictures, but I have an appointment to get to. Do not trust this place. I should have looked at the Yelp comments before going. I was at Scripps and saw this place. I gave it a try. Don't be impulsive like me. Do your research first. Don't waste your money!!
