Further, because I live in a condo complex, they were considerate of the noise that would be created and how it might have been upsetting to neighbors. And add in that the vehicle looked spectacular as well, meaning you have a very happy customer who will return and refer this service!

Mario is very professional while being super friendly and informative. He is responsive, on time and thoroughly knowledgeable about all aspects of detailing. I am an engineer and very picky and detail oriented. Mario exceeds all my expectations and provides amazing results. I had never experienced ceramic coatings before, but on his recommendation, I had him apply it to my new 2024 Subaru Outback a couple years ago. Wow, it was worth the extra work as it makes the car stay so much cleaner for longer periods between washes and is super easy to clean once it's dirty. Two years later it still looks like it's just been detailed after a simple wash. I trust Mario implicitly and highly recommend him for any detailing work you need. His fees are very reasonable, and his work never disappoints.

I brought in my newly-acquired 2011 E70 X5 in Sapphire Black Metallic that was brutally swirled by the porter of the dealership that I bought it from. I asked Xavi to correct & ceramic coat the paint, restore the headlights, and fix a parking lot scrape on the bumper. His prices for his meticulously detailed work are extremely fair and honestly, a great value. He is very easy to work with and extremely communicative. I was blown away by the results of his work. He made the car look 5 years newer. I'm extremely pleased with the results and the experience, and I can't wait to get some of the other cars in my small collection into his hands. Xavi is absolutely my go-to for major revivals and regular paint/interior maintenance.

One car was done in less than 45 minutes, and the other a similar timeline. I got home and could wipe dirt off with my hand on the SUV, so I find it hard to believe anything but a quick drive through wash was done. Also made an appt via yelp and the people on-site were confused and annoyed. "On-site" is relative as it's a tent at a gas station. I'd recommend going literally anywhere else for services. Edit - per the owners "scam alert" about not sending photos, see attached. They were sent in real time. I had to follow up for days for a supposed resolution, and the only recourse after was attempting to resolve with my credit card company. To clarify, I never said I didn't receive some services. I just didn't get all I paid for, and if that is the caliber of work you can expect there...I'll pass. Gas lighting behavior from the owner is atrocious. Thanks for actually reading the full story!
