Kyle, the representative I worked with, was exceptionally attentive. He carefully listened to my requirements and steered me towards the Cyber Shield Combo, encompassing front PPF protection along with a full ceramic coat for both the interior and exterior of the car. Scheduling an appointment in February was swift and convenient. During the process, I had unfortunately curbed one of my wheels right before the scheduled drop-off. I try to support local businesses as much as I can. That is one of the reasons I went with Alset after interviewing several shops to have my car wrapped with a colored PPF. I would definitely not recommend this shop. They are very unprofessional, they lack communication, and their workmanship is less than desirable. I originally spoke with Sam and we discussed my car. I have a Porsche 911 and I wanted to make sure they were comfortable working on this car because I saw that they mostly work on Tesla's. He assured me that they have worked on Porsche's before and he even brought out their most experienced "wrapper" to go over my car. They had the car for two weeks and I was very unhappy with the results. Bubbles everywhere and I could see sections that they missed. The owner, Kyle, delivered the car to me with mistakes that were very easy to see. What kind of owner would deliver a car with mistakes? I could see the original color of my car. I took my car back to them twice to repair mistakes and I still have some bubbles in the PPF and some mistakes. They even gave me my car back after the second correction with my "check engine" light on. They forgot to connect a sensor but it was my responsibility to correct their mistake. After the third attempt to correct the wrap, they gave up and literally gave me the extra PPF and told me to find another place to correct the job. Don't go to this place. read more

Great service, great deal, great quality! I cannot recommend Kyle at ALSET enough! Not only was he in constant communication throughout the whole process, but he certainly delivered a great product! I didn't get my coating immediately after purchase so definitely had a few defects in the paint when I brought it to Kyle. He was able to turn my car around and restore it back to nearly original condition plus a nice glossy coat. As someone with little time I opt for regular automatic car washes and have seen no damages to my paint since having the ceramic coating completed 6 months ago! Additionally, Kyle reaches follows up with his customers to ensure the product lives up to its promise. TLDR: I wish I discovered this place when I got my Tesla. I don't trust anyone else with my Tesla except Alset. Buy once and Cry once. I've had my fair share of places that have done window tint from other places in San Diego to main guys like CeramicPro and TintWorld. Don't even bother and just go with these guys for your car, even if you dont have a Tesla. I worked with Kyle and his team which were very knowledgeable and guided me throughout the process.
