The mega load washers were $8.75. I used the change machine to get quarters but they also have an app you can download that allows you to pay using your credit card. It took me about an hour and a half to wash and dry 3 loads. I found both the washers and dryers to be sufficient. I personally add laundry sanitizer to my wash as well. There was one onsite attendant who seemed to be handling laundry service for a client. They also have free wifi, children books, a restroom, vending machine and laundry soap for purchase. Parking was fine with designated parking spots in front of the facility. Overall, this was a great experience and the washer and dryer decisions were easy to understand.

Today at approximately 3:30 a.m., I paid to use a washing machine and selected the hot-water setting because the laundry I was washing needed to be cleaned in hot water for sanitary reasons. However, every time I selected hot water, the machine automatically reverted to cold water. As a result, my laundry was washed in cold water despite my paying for a machine that offered a hot-water option. After speaking with the attendant, Keisha, I was informed that management is aware that there is no hot water available during nighttime hours. I also personally observed that there appeared to be no hot water available anywhere on the premises, including in the restroom sink. What makes this especially frustrating is that there were no signs posted anywhere informing customers that hot water was unavailable. There was no notice on the machine, no notice at the payment station, and no notice in the laundromat. Customers do not find out until after they have already loaded money onto their card and started a wash cycle. Had I known there was no hot water available, I would not have spent my money there. I believe customers deserve to know what services are actually available before paying for them. I am requesting a full refund of the money I spent and a full refund of the funds I loaded onto my laundry card during this visit. At a minimum, the laundromat should clearly post signs informing customers whenever hot water is unavailable. I hope management addresses this issue so that future customers can make informed decisions before spending their money.

You will be covered if you have a bank account with funds available. There are washing machines capable of loads ranging from 20lbs to 135lbs; the dryers have two roomy sizes you can choose. If you divide your load across a few, you'll never run out of options. You will never have a hard time finding a laundry cart. The staff does a great job lining the available carts along the outside wall. All in all, I have no complaints. I will return.
