If you want fast food that's fresh, healthy, and delicious then this is your place! My favorite menu item is the steak, it's always tender and cooked to perfection! (A little one the rare side but that's PERFECT to me). Also their salmon is new and it's amaaaazing also cooked to perfection, not too dry but also not fishy and undercooked. It's Friday and around 8:30 so it had a nice steady flow of people but not too crowded and the staff kept up easily. My wife and tried Fresh Kitchen for the first time this week! Out and about during lunch time we wanted to try soomething new. We each got the 4 bowl it comes with 2 bases, 1 veggie and 1 protein and 1 sauce. For the Base we each had the spinch salad and kale slaw. For the veggie we got the maple sweet potato. The proteins we differed she had the bbq chicken and I had I chilled caprese tofu and we both chose the creamy white ginger sauce. So these bowls were healthy, tasty and we got them under $20. They have many other options and add ons and we will probably try other options in the future. read more

I travel a lot and live out of hotel for weeks on end. I'm always looking for a new place to eat that isn't just fried unhealthy food. I read the reviews and decided to give it a try. The establishment was clean, and the staff was friendly and personable. They took their time to explain how everything worked and what each item was. I ordered the spinach salad base with lemon garlic broccoli and maple sweet potatoes, and got steak and the blackened chicken and they recommended the ginger sauce. It was a bit pricey, but I expected that with fresh ingredients. I was pleasantly surprised with the taste and how filling everything was. I only wish we had one of these in the town where I live. I wish I could say I had a good experience there but that was the not case. I went there the other day and felt so uncomfortable and not wanted when I walked in. The girls working there did not feel welcoming at all and were very judgmental. I went in with my daughter as well and she said she felt like they didn't want her there either. By the looks they were giving us when we were ordering. The girls made the customer service terrible and I would not suggest anyone to go back until they work on their manners there. I do enjoy their food and healthy options-the only reason I am dinging a star is due to the fact that my favorites are usually not available and you cannot just get sides. I finally got to try Fresh Kitchen, the place one of my friends don't stop talking about. As soon as she posted that they open up a location at Lake Mary I had to go and try it out and now I understand my friends hype about it. The place is awesome and the food is fresh and truly good. If it's your first time DON'T PANIC. There are huge signs telling you what they have and what you can order... and they will help you along the way with any questions you have. The staff was very friendly and helpful in making suggestions. Food was delicious and I liked the options. I had a bowl with 2 proteins, 2 veggie, 2 bases and 1 sauce. This place is a life saver if you just want to have a meal that is healthy and not full of mysteries. While waiting in line behind us was one of the cooks of that location and he guide us trough the whole menu and pointed to us one of the owners (Steve), the chef (Ryan) the son of the owner. While I was eating I saw Steve next to our table just cleaning another table and I just congratulated him on such a great place. He was super nice introduced us to Ryan the chef and gave us some paleo chocolate chip cookies to try. We discovered this restaurant after in Lake Mary. We had been under the sun looking at granite slabs and then shopping at At Home nearby. The humidity was wearing me down so finding this place with its fresh upbeat bright pink and deep green decor was a refreshing surprise. I had the kale slaw base, parmesan broccoli, citrus chicken with herb dressing. Omg!!! Sooo yummy! The staff were very smiley and friendly from the first to the last person. I definitely want to come back here when I'm in the area! I give them 4 stars because I'm having a heck of a time finding the nutrition info on their website. Steak house quality in taste and is always cooked perfectly! The BBQ chicken is very good but definitely a second to the steak. The broccoli and sweet potatoes are very delicious and they are things that I normally really like that much. The brown rice and cauliflower mash tie the whole bowl together and leave you feeling the perfect amount of full! The sweet tea is also delicious, I always make sure to get a refill for the road! I got the 4 bowl. I got the cauliflower mash, roasted mushrooms and steak. There is a up charge for steak $1.80. I understand there is a need for portion control but I literally got 5 very small pieces of steak. I pointed out to the server that the portion seemed incredibly SMALL she responds "Sorry it's portioned this way". I was like yikes, even she felt bad because she added 3 more small cubes of steak (it's literally the size of a bouillon cube lol). So the price for that was $11.xx. The food was freaking delicious though. I didn't need a sauce our any condiments. The steak is seasoned well. The mash had a nice constency and did not taste at all like cauliflower and the mushrooms had a great taste as well. I just don't feel that it's worth the price considering that you can get a full bowl from Chipotle or Currito for less money with more protein. No wonder Americans blood pressure is on the rise from the amount of sodium "they" try to feed us.
