    Ok, so I should have read up on them before I contracted their services…read more I live in an apartment building and our super is very specific about the apartment doors being blocked with items as it is a fire hazard. Since we've gotten in trouble with this before, we were very specific with this water delivery company to always buzz us even if the lobby door was open or someone let them in, so we could put our empties out and they could replace them with the full spring water gallons. This time around they did not honour this request and left 5 full 18L water bottles blocking our door (wish I had taken a photo) and no one buzzed so we would know they were here. I do have a missed call on my personal phone at 9:20 am from their driver, but during work hours it is on silent. The driver is lying said he buzzed, but never did. I've added a screen shot of missed call from my phone and then a screen shot from our buzzer phone so you see there is no buzzer call at 9:30ish (we had Doordash delivery at 1:22pm which they did buzz us for). After all of that, my biggest issue isn't that the driver is a liar. It's that I canceled the service, and they will not refund the water that we will not use because Moe says it's unsanitary. How is that possible since they are vacuumed sealed. Then he says they are just bottles for each customer as is required, if there were so than why do they have stickers with expiry dates and the boy who normally answers customer service told me they only leave full bottles for the empties we provide, what happens to those extra bottles? Are they emptied or stored, hmmm? They are to pick the bottles up in 10 business days because they simply cannot go out of routine, and we cannot drink all this water in that time. Storage is also an issue as we are in an apartment without much storage. We have to find space for 6 full bottles (one full left from before) and 4 empties. 10 effing bottles and one small apartment :( In conclusion, do not pick these guys. Horrible customer service and the driver is a liar.

    Rude, flippant customer service…read more Late deliveries are frequent. And have fun paying a fee to have them rush deliver your late order. Bottles pile up and sit around because the drivers are sometimes too lazy to take the empties. I gave them 2 stars because the water was refreshing.

The complaints against Crystal Rock are quite concerning actually, and CR does not have Spring water currently, only filtered. The lab TDS indicates ~300 and pH 8.1 (alkaline) however the Spring Water I have here appears to test at about 230 (calibrated) TDS which is not typical for e.g. Colorado mountain spring, but perhaps a mineral spring, perhaps as expected in the Northeast. Lower TDS values do not imply quality for Spring water as they do with purified water. The rest of the lab results are more important than TDS of course, for many reasons. Still evaluating and requesting more information on spring source but am quite happy so far. Rental coolers can be top or bottom mounted and heat water as well if switched on. At a reasonable $39/mo total for four 5-gal drums delivered including dispenser rental, I'm drinking far more high-quality water and avoiding copious amounts of chlorine or the Brita routine, despite formerly trying all the water bottles and hydration hacks known to man. I also like the fact that they offer coffee delivery as well, except that I've cut down on my coffee consumption, so I don't use this service anymore. The customer service is quick and friendly and are willing to help with any concerns you may have in regards to delivery. I can choose how many bottles I want delivered and if I need to cancel a delivery, it's easy to do so on the website or by calling them. It also makes me feel good knowing that I am helping to do my part in protecting the environment, by not buying small bottled water. The 18L Bottles are great and the water tastes fresh and clean. I have had problems with delivery sometimes in the past, but this was due to the changing of drivers and holidays. I have never met my driver, but I leave a note stating how many bottles I would need and if I don't leave out my bottles they still give me the same amount of bottles on my file. I do miss getting a reminder call from their system, however, and appreciated getting that call, but that has now stopped for some reason. So now, I just put it into my calendar so I remember to leave out my bottles every two weeks. Since I work from home, some days seem to run into one another and I don't know what day it is half the time, so a reminder call would be good to have again. On the whole, they are very efficient and reliable. There is some calcium build up in my unit, but that is easily remedied with a good cleaning every few months with some white vinegar.     I experienced a delivery where the driver entered my garage, waving his arms in anger at me. I am…read morenot sure why. it was scary - am an older woman and I was alone. it was after the snowstorm and I was clearing a pathway on the walkway for them to place the bottles on my porch. instead the driver was angry at me and threatening (why????) they left the bottles on my driveway. I cant move them and they are supposed to be left at the front door as per instructions on our contract. I have video from my ring cameras as evidence. the older man who was angry honked the horn at the younger guy to stop taking the bottles to my porch. the younger guy obeyed the honk and they left. i tried to plead with them to stay and put my bottles on the porch. I sent a detailed note to cedar springs. I have not heard from Cedar Springs as I don't want these delivery men back here on my property. I should have called the police on the older guy. I thought he was planning to hit me because he was so angry and waving his arms. I have no idea why!!! he stopped the truck in front of my house. I was clearing the snow. I had placed the empties out. I didn't talk to him just said quickly "am clearing the snow for you". and then he goes into my garage. he should never have entered my garage and certainly had no reason to be angry at me. I'm just a delivery on his route!! I don't know him!! and didn't say anything to him!!! he was trespassing and threatening so honestly I should have called the police. cedar springs you have a major issue with this driver and with the refusal to deliver my bottles. I was scared and honestly frozen. afterward I had a panic attack which took me a while to recover from. I am still anxious about what he did and how it all played out and feeling in the moment that if I said anything I would be hurt. I truly felt like this company cares about your business with them, and they will totally take care of you with kind customer service. OK so I was completely wrong. This company is garbage. Very cheap. Run by rude people that are dull minded. Bumps on logs! No personality no pizzazz and no true care. I signed up with them in 2009 and when I moved out of town for a few years I discontinued with them for about three years. I then signed back up. Or basically simply reactivated my account. Well something like that I might not be completely accurate. All in all I have been with them for about nine years total. Last winter, I was a little irritated by the fact that we got our typical delivery of three bottles put on our back porch. They cracked because of the cold weather....completely leaked water gone! That is no way their responsibility and I fully understand that. However there is such a thing called customer loyalty appreciation, and doing little things to help out when required. So I called in disclosing my displeasure of having just bought three bottles, getting a delivery. and they're all broken from the cold weather. I don't even know what I was looking for in terms of compensation. I just wanted to vent. They proceeded to tell me with a very rude attitude that my cracked bottles are not their problem. I then told them I have been a member of their service since 2009 taking a few years off in the middle. The lady on the phone actually debated this with me telling me my sign up time was much later showing no record of the fact that I started in 2009. And then put me on a very long hold, then came back and told me the only thing they can do for me is give me $10 off my next order. She told me this in a very rude way. A couple of days ago I got a voicemail from this company reminding me to place my order for my next bottles and how my order pattern is not the same as it has been previously... like a courteous reminder to place my order like we used to... I lost it and I called them and basically gave the customer service lady a piece of my mind about this company and how horrible they are. I then get a phone call back from some dull minded Jack hole, telling me that I need to call him back some customer relations guy. I didn't call sure enough the very next day I get a knock on my door, from I assumed the same person lol mr. customer service relations. I did not answer the door, but I communicated with him through an intercom. I am sickened at the audacity to just show up to your front door. You guys deliver water to peoples houses that does not give you the right to just show up whenever you feel like it. The phone call is not returned to discuss anything further, then just leave it at that you don't show up the people's homes. This company truly is pathetic. Anyways bottom line, this company is a joke... don't fool yourself into thinking you're doing business with some nice small town family operated spring water place. They have no personality and no regard for customer service. Extremely rude and extremely cheap! It's clearly being run by people that don't care. Perhaps this is new ownership?
