Today the delivery guy showed up and asked my helper (who was supposed to be helping me, not him) for a pen so he could do the paperwork. This wasted my helper's time. He also asked if he could buzz me in when he called on the cell phone. No, you must use the building buzzer system if you want to get buzzed in. The whole get-up is a bit unprofessional, though polite, and you don't feel like they've got your back as a service provider. I want to support you, just step up the game, guys.

This week, another technician who repaired the stove pointed out that a plate was not covering the electrical wiring behind the stove's kick plate. So, for four years, my family and I were using a GAS stove with exposed wiring just behind the kick plate. The owner came by today with a "colleague" to "investigate." His colleague admitted that a plate should cover the exposed wiring. Rather than admit this grievous oversight, the owner offered up this absurd explanation: Someone else removed the plate in the four years since the original installation. No one removed the plate. No one. Why would anyone do that? He also claims that he installed a shut off valve. I have asked the TSSA to launch an investigation. Save yourself the risk and trouble my family has unknowingly endured for four years. I urge you to choose another contractor. The owner will no doubt respond to this warning with denials and accusations. You can believe him if you want to but, if you do, you will regret it.

We were in touch with Renal over messages until midnight initially and then Renal explained all the cleaning packages that Blissful Green Offers over a call. We took the Moving In Residential Deep Cleaning Package, which means getting the house cleaned before moving into a house. This package didn't include cleaning of the garage or basement for which the patrons are expected to pay extra. Another quality of Blissful Green is that they are very mobile. While registered in Brampton, they had no issues driving 80kms up north towards Innisfil. They also let you pick whether you want male cleaners or female cleaners. The crew was extremely professional, courteous and skilled with the right tools of the trade. They didn't object to being invigilated when asked initially. Not that they needed any invigilating. When it comes to cleaning, we were impressed with the level of detail with which each corner of the house was cleaned methodically. After seeing the cleaning we decided to go ahead and get the Garage pressure cleaned but unfortunately they were not carrying the pressure cleaning equipment.
