I experienced a delivery where the driver entered my garage, waving his arms in anger at me. I am not sure why. it was scary - am an older woman and I was alone. it was after the snowstorm and I was clearing a pathway on the walkway for them to place the bottles on my porch. instead the driver was angry at me and threatening (why????) they left the bottles on my driveway. I cant move them and they are supposed to be left at the front door as per instructions on our contract. I have video from my ring cameras as evidence. the older man who was angry honked the horn at the younger guy to stop taking the bottles to my porch. the younger guy obeyed the honk and they left. i tried to plead with them to stay and put my bottles on the porch. I sent a detailed note to cedar springs. I have not heard from Cedar Springs as I don't want these delivery men back here on my property. I should have called the police on the older guy. I thought he was planning to hit me because he was so angry and waving his arms. I have no idea why!!! he stopped the truck in front of my house. I was clearing the snow. I had placed the empties out. I didn't talk to him just said quickly "am clearing the snow for you". and then he goes into my garage. he should never have entered my garage and certainly had no reason to be angry at me. I'm just a delivery on his route!! I don't know him!! and didn't say anything to him!!! he was trespassing and threatening so honestly I should have called the police. cedar springs you have a major issue with this driver and with the refusal to deliver my bottles. I was scared and honestly frozen. afterward I had a panic attack which took me a while to recover from. I am still anxious about what he did and how it all played out and feeling in the moment that if I said anything I would be hurt. I was honestly on the side of appreciating doing business with what I thought was this really friendly spring water company for many years. I truly felt as though these were good people. I truly felt like this company cares about your business with them, and they will totally take care of you with kind customer service. OK so I was completely wrong. This company is garbage. Very cheap. Run by rude people that are dull minded. Bumps on logs! No personality no pizzazz and no true care. I signed up with them in 2009 and when I moved out of town for a few years I discontinued with them for about three years. I then signed back up. Or basically simply reactivated my account. Well something like that I might not be completely accurate. All in all I have been with them for about nine years total. Last winter, I was a little irritated by the fact that we got our typical delivery of three bottles put on our back porch. They cracked because of the cold weather....completely leaked water gone! That is no way their responsibility and I fully understand that. However there is such a thing called customer loyalty appreciation, and doing little things to help out when required. So I called in disclosing my displeasure of having just bought three bottles, getting a delivery. and they're all broken from the cold weather. I don't even know what I was looking for in terms of compensation. I just wanted to vent. They proceeded to tell me with a very rude attitude that my cracked bottles are not their problem. I then told them I have been a member of their service since 2009 taking a few years off in the middle. The lady on the phone actually debated this with me telling me my sign up time was much later showing no record of the fact that I started in 2009. And then put me on a very long hold, then came back and told me the only thing they can do for me is give me $10 off my next order. She told me this in a very rude way. A couple of days ago I got a voicemail from this company reminding me to place my order for my next bottles and how my order pattern is not the same as it has been previously... like a courteous reminder to place my order like we used to... I lost it and I called them and basically gave the customer service lady a piece of my mind about this company and how horrible they are. I then get a phone call back from some dull minded Jack hole, telling me that I need to call him back some customer relations guy. I didn't call sure enough the very next day I get a knock on my door, from I assumed the same person lol mr. customer service relations. I did not answer the door, but I communicated with him through an intercom. I am sickened at the audacity to just show up to your front door. You guys deliver water to peoples houses that does not give you the right to just show up whenever you feel like it. The phone call is not returned to discuss anything further, then just leave it at that you don't show up the people's homes. This company truly is pathetic. Anyways bottom line, this company is a joke... don't fool yourself into thinking you're doing business with some nice small town family operated spring water place. They have no personality and no regard for customer service. Extremely rude and extremely cheap! It's clearly being run by people that don't care. Perhaps this is new ownership? Who knows, regardless this company sucks. They do not appreciate or value your business. ****follow up**** Oh boohoo cry me a river. Terrible customer service. They've sent me 2 delivery dates now that the water never showed up and haven't even come to pick up the empties. When the product is bottled water, all you really have to do is get the customer service right and they can't seem to achieve that. Better off with another company that's organized and delivers on the scheduled dates. read more

Hi, Cedar springs water is fantastic. The taste is so refreshing. I dislike tap water, and with all the crap that's in it. My folks were loyal customers to cedar springs for many years, and when I moved I started getting their glass bottle spring water. Customer service is very helpful, polite, and I always feel they value me as a customer and go above and beyond. Highly recommend this company. There water is sourced in or near Horseshoe Valley. Things were going okay with cedar springs for awhile. We signed up in May of 2012. There was quite a bit of confusion with delivery dates initially until they sent a delivery calendar. We get our delivery every two weeks and it goes straight into our coat closet. Approximately one month ago, when we went to refill our cooler, we found that one of the bottles was half empty (or half full, if you prefer). Sure enough, there was a small pool in our coat closet. I contacted cedar springs and they promptly responded saying that they will replace the bottle at no charge at our next delivery date. Thankfully, we had enough water to last us til then. Two weeks after we received our replacement, we got another leaky bottle. This time it was visibly leaking in our building outside our door with a nice pool of water around it. I contacted them again. Their response was that I must empty the bottle, put a piece of paper inside so they know which one is leaky, and wait for the next delivery for them to replace it. After quite a bit of back and forth communication over the next two weeks with me saying this is unacceptable and them saying it is their protocol, I decided to cancel my service with them. This is supposed to be a premium service to match their premium prices and what we have instead is a company that uses their customers as their quality control department without adequately compensating when something goes wrong. If I still have to get water from elsewhere because they can't get their act together, what the heck am I paying them for? On a positive note, cancelling was quite easy. read more

We have been getting bottled water delivered from cedar springs for about three years now. We switched from another company that could not make deliveries when they said they would. Over the three years our delivery was late by a day once because of a winter storm. Unlike the other posters I have not received anything but good service. read more

My office has used Cedar Springs for years, before I even started here. I can not support Rebecca's experience with this company. I'm not sure how confused you can get with their deliveries; they call you a couple days in advance to ensure you don't miss your delivery. Occasionally we've had a leaky bottle, here and there as Rebecca D. described. What she fails to realize, is that these leaks are caused by micro fractures in the plastic; literally smaller than pinholes. These slowly develop as the bottles are bumped and scraped around, and the plastic gets stressed. My office easily goes through more than a hundred of these bottles a year, and even 1 leaky bottle a year would be a high estimation. Rebecca may have been the subject of a little bad luck to receive two in such a short span, or she was mishandling the bottles; causing them to crack. Even when our cooler developed a leak (after many years of use) it was really easy to get a replacement. read more

I heard of you for the first time weeks ago when you wanted to offer me a free trial of water tanks for a water dispenser, and when I said I wasn't interested, you asked where I get water currently. From the built-in water dispenser in our fridge door, of course. "But this is a free trial and is very convenient!" So is the fridge. I politely said I wasn't interested and hung up. And then I heard of you again a week later! I said no again, and asked to be put on a Do Not Call list! And then I heard from you AGAIN later that week! I said no, and inquired about the Do Not Call list! And then I heard from you AGAIN. And AGAIN. And AGAIN. And then I heard of you AGAIN when I got a call from Cedar Springs' HEAD OFFICE, saying I had said I was INTERESTED and wanting to get to the specifics of setting up an account! No! No I am not, was not, did not! DO NOT CALL! "I'm so sorry," says the lady. It's okay! Just don't call me again! I'm a very patient person, I just don't like to be disrupted at work when I have calls to take from clients! AND THEN I HEARD FROM YOU AGAIN TODAY. AND I EXPLAINED WHY I WAS ANNOYED. Horrific experience with Cedar Springs. Signing up was easy and the sales rep was professional and pleasant. First delivery: wrong water. Spring water had a HORRIBLE taste to it. Their solution? 2 freebie bottles next delivery which was a month away--what?! How is that a solution? Turns out they didn't rinse the cooler out after washing it with a disinfecting liquid and I apparently swallowed a load of cleaning chemicals so my effort to drink clean w ater actually resulted in consuming chemically polluted water. Gross. They weren't too concerned. Next delivery: driver didn't pick up the 3 empties (you get charged $10 each container) left for him so there was an extra charge for me and it was a major pain having to store the empties. Then the cooler broke down. I had a water cooler that wouldn't dispense water--they didn't seem very concerned about that???? HELLO CEDAR SPRINGS, GET A CLUE!!! I had to wait for yet another delivery day (they deliver twice a month). Once that day came the driver--even though my door was very, very unlocked and two people were home--didn't pick up the broken cooler nor did he have the decency to leave the replacement but he did feel it was fine to leave an invoice for $84 (I was on the $27.95 plan). No promised discount, no credit for the empties--$84 for water that I could not drink since I did not have a cooler!! That's INSANE. Again: they weren't too concerned. Then I get a call at 8:27 a.m. informing that the driver was going to pick up the cooler and the water (I had demanded my contract be cancelled). I rushed back home and hauled the water out for pick up and made my son stay home to ensure that the driver was able to enter our home (and also left the door unlocked). No driver. No pick up. Called the office at 5 and was told he'd pick up the items by 6:30 p.m. Waited. Again: no driver and no pick up. No call. No apology. Horrifically bad, incompetent, negligent, disrespectful, arrogant business practices. Remember people: you are trusting these people with your credit care info. You've been warned! read more

It's too expensive, and if you run out of water, they'll take their sweet time to deliver. I have cancelled my service with them in Dec 2013, the water tasted funny and we run out of water fast so I am not gonna wait till they show up. So I cancelled my service and now I buy bottled water, instead of buying both. They said they would send someone to pick up the cooler and bottles in Jan 2014 after the new years. Its March 10, 2014 and they still havent showed up, and they had no problem charging me $12.37 for what she said is for the missed calls the driver made. When I told them I never saw any calls from them, she said oh its a note they left on your door. When I said I never received a note she said well he called your buzzer but no one let him in. That's funny cause I told them since we signed up that we didnt have a buzzer. I also gave them the time I am home and that would be suitable for delivery, but they never bother to check my file in their system. I told her to stop charging us for what is clearly their fault. She said make sure you leave the cooler with the superintendent when you travel otherwise we are going to charge you. Now, I am sensing that this is a threat. Anyone else agree!!! read more
