Aquareal were very prompt and professional. In 2 days after a call, a technician came in to change the filters. Initially we had purchased our system from Nimbus Water Systems and cancelled the order with them once we realized that the installation was faulty and that the contract installers who were assigned to us were unqualified. We then chose Aquareal Water Systems and had we done our homework properly, they would have been our preferred supplier and installer. Raymond who is the owner of Aquareal Water Systems was extremely professional and explained to us the various options available and recommended Kinetico Model Q850 OD XP as the solution that best met our needs. He was patient, answered all our questions to our satisfaction with no marketing hype. To this day, we had NOT shared with Raymond our negative experience with Nimbus Water Systems as we did not want this to influence as to how he interacted with us.
