His prices were also better than the other plumbers who responded to my quote request. It turned out that the kitchen tap I purchased would not fit (I had a feeling it was not going to work). He removed the old kitchen tap, which was what I was having trouble with, and gave me some tips on how to install the new tap once I found one that fit. He then installed the bathroom tap and provided some other advice relating to the bathroom sink. He did not charge me for the kitchen tap installation. I found a kitchen tap that fit, and it is now installed and working great thanks to John. I will call him if I need any plumbing in the future. I recommend John L Plumbing and Drain Cleaning for your plumbing needs.

Jay answered the phone. He came over immediately and gave me a fair quote to install a new water heater. He obtained and dropped off the new heater later that day. He and Dorjee were kind enough to move stuff out of the way in the laundry room and mop up the remaining water, which my husband had been struggling with. Today, Jay and Dorjee installed the new water heater. We are seniors in an older house and Jay realised that our cut-off valve to the water heater was also failing, so he kindly replaced it today. That explains the extra water on the floor today, after my husband completely closed the valve to the old water heater yesterday. My husband and I agree that Jay and Dorjee are hard workers, conscientious and very pleasant. We will definitely call Aria Plumbing for future needs and already have one issue with our outdoor faucets that need attention before winter. We highly recommend Aria Plumbing. I dropped in one morning to switch out my SodaStream C02 canister (for $10) and had a pleasant experience. On follow up trips I found it can be hit and miss as one time I had to wait until the proprietor finished with his lineup of customers at the Vin Bon before helping me at the water side which was disappointing.
