They even used one of my face towels to clean the mess. As a caregiver and mother, I had to clean up their filthy work late at night and try to salvage my son's uniform for school the next morning. When I called to complain, the owner, Jason, had the nerve to tell me, "At least it was the shower and not the toilet," and "At least the uniform didn't have fecal matter." He promptly provided me with a quote before starting the necessary work. The job seemed reasonably priced, particularly since it was in a very awkwardly cramped space (with a pipe leak behind the HVAC). They made no complaints at all about the awkward space and conducted their work efficiently. Payment was a breeze with their mobile tablet (that accepts credit card payments) and he had me check my satisfaction with their work before processing payment. Zahir also pointed out some redundant piping that he discovered that could be addressed prophylactically to prevent similar issues in the future and the office provided me a written quote for that work. Misho was quick to respond to any questions I had before the service appointment. He arrived within the scheduled 1h timeframe, and gave advanced notice of exact arrival ETA before he left the service call before mine. He kept me very well updated so I knew exactly when he'll arrive at my door. When he arrived he was extremely courteous and went to work immediately. He had another person with him that was learning the trade. They worked quietly and didn't disturb me while I had a meeting. The toilet replacement was done perfectly, they discovered my previous toilet was leaking which rusted the fixtures and they addressed it. The bidet seat was installed well with everything hooked up. They went the extra mile by using their own wax ring/mounting hardware that were better than the ones that came with the toilet. They tidied up the hoses and tucked everything away so it looks professional, caulked around the base of the toilet, and even adjusted the fill level of the water tank. The work area was cleaned after they were done. The old toilet was put into a box and onto my hand truck along with all of the garbage packed into a bag since I offered to dispose of the toilet/garbage myself. Misho was very nice and went through everything he did, plus making sure that I knew bidet seats were structurally weaker than a normal toilet seat. I'm personally going with Weston Plumbing and Mechanical Services for any future plumbing needs, I highly recommend them.

He came to my house after the parts arrived, and found out the handles needed to be replaced as well. He then contacted his friend to locate the parts and had to come back again. He did not charge us for the first visit at all. When new parts arrived, he came back the same day and replaced the cartridges and handles. The old parts were worn out and he had to do a lot of work to cut them off. In the end he only charged me the original quote even when he had to make two visits and had to do a lot of work in doing the replacement. Misho was professional, polite, personable and trustworthy. I was very pleased with his service. I highly recommend him for plumbing work.

We originally agreed for him to visit on Friday but somehow he or his bro made a mistake and visited on Thursday, when no one was home at that time he came. He did come back on Friday at our scheduled time and fix the issue with the electric power snake. I wasn't present when he did it but someone else was in my place. He also didn't send a follow up text to tell me it's fixed, diagnoses, photos or how to prevent it. But at the same time, he's also patient and didn't ask me to pay until I prompted him several hours later asking about the status of the job. I suppose he's a busy man! Communication could be better, just keep in mind you may have to prompt him again to get your receipt later. What's important is that it's fixed and working properly.

We had to get rid of the old toilet ourselves but I think that's built into the cost since I was quoted at least $40 more by other plumbers who offered that service. Overall, I recommend Daniel's plumbing services. The sink and toilet are still working great.
