His prices were also better than the other plumbers who responded to my quote request. It turned out that the kitchen tap I purchased would not fit (I had a feeling it was not going to work). He removed the old kitchen tap, which was what I was having trouble with, and gave me some tips on how to install the new tap once I found one that fit. He then installed the bathroom tap and provided some other advice relating to the bathroom sink. He did not charge me for the kitchen tap installation. I found a kitchen tap that fit, and it is now installed and working great thanks to John. I will call him if I need any plumbing in the future. A kid who worked for him since last summer without any problem was abruptly told he wasn't needed when he asked for minimum wage. I've seen some of the messages this jerk sent to the kid. A last year in high school kid working, playing sport and preparing for university. Didn't like it when the kid called Labour Standards to ask what he should do when the heat hasn't been working for a few weeks and the temperature indoors was less then 60. Told the kid to bring a heater from home until he got it fixed. Two weeks later not fixed so no money for the kid. Kid informs owner that he is entitled to minimum hours under the circumstances. All down hill from there I guess. This kid has no attitude. Works hard. Is respectful and never late. Does what he is told to do. Yes. I know this because I hired him. Reluctant in the beginning when he briefly told me about his last job. Hired him anyway. Liked the kid and wanted to give him a try. Great move for me and my business. Customers love him. Oh yea. Smart kid. He kept all the messages from this guy.... he is a piece of work. Good luck buddy. Your loss my gain.

Aquareal were very prompt and professional. In 2 days after a call, a technician came in to change the filters. Initially we had purchased our system from Nimbus Water Systems and cancelled the order with them once we realized that the installation was faulty and that the contract installers who were assigned to us were unqualified. We then chose Aquareal Water Systems and had we done our homework properly, they would have been our preferred supplier and installer. Raymond who is the owner of Aquareal Water Systems was extremely professional and explained to us the various options available and recommended Kinetico Model Q850 OD XP as the solution that best met our needs. He was patient, answered all our questions to our satisfaction with no marketing hype. To this day, we had NOT shared with Raymond our negative experience with Nimbus Water Systems as we did not want this to influence as to how he interacted with us. The installer who was assigned to us was very experienced, knowledgeable and explained to us in great details as to how to operate and maintain the system. Raymond, thanks to you and your team.
