Ok, so I should have read up on them before I contracted their services. I live in an apartment building and our super is very specific about the apartment doors being blocked with items as it is a fire hazard. Since we've gotten in trouble with this before, we were very specific with this water delivery company to always buzz us even if the lobby door was open or someone let them in, so we could put our empties out and they could replace them with the full spring water gallons. This time around they did not honour this request and left 5 full 18L water bottles blocking our door (wish I had taken a photo) and no one buzzed so we would know they were here. I do have a missed call on my personal phone at 9:20 am from their driver, but during work hours it is on silent. The driver is lying said he buzzed, but never did. I've added a screen shot of missed call from my phone and then a screen shot from our buzzer phone so you see there is no buzzer call at 9:30ish (we had Doordash delivery at 1:22pm which they did buzz us for). After all of that, my biggest issue isn't that the driver is a liar. It's that I canceled the service, and they will not refund the water that we will not use because Moe says it's unsanitary. How is that possible since they are vacuumed sealed. Then he says they are just bottles for each customer as is required, if there were so than why do they have stickers with expiry dates and the boy who normally answers customer service told me they only leave full bottles for the empties we provide, what happens to those extra bottles? Are they emptied or stored, hmmm? They are to pick the bottles up in 10 business days because they simply cannot go out of routine, and we cannot drink all this water in that time. Storage is also an issue as we are in an apartment without much storage. We have to find space for 6 full bottles (one full left from before) and 4 empties. 10 effing bottles and one small apartment :( In conclusion, do not pick these guys. Horrible customer service and the driver is a liar. read more

Rude, flippant customer service. Late deliveries are frequent. And have fun paying a fee to have them rush deliver your late order. Bottles pile up and sit around because the drivers are sometimes too lazy to take the empties. I gave them 2 stars because the water was refreshing. read more

Cambrian springs is the way to go for beverage delivery service. Fast and efficient service, you can rely on these guys for all your beverage needs. Unfortunately due to the exceedingly challenging traffic and construction issues in our city, sometimes the deliveries can be a little late but it's perfectly understandable if you ask me. read more

They charged my credit card again without delivering any water. What a nightmare. I have to call Visa again to reverse the payment since they refuse to address the problem. I think they must just hope everyone gives up and accepts they additional billing. read more

funny story... I inquired about their service online and request that they email me instead of phone as my boss (the baby) makes taking phone calls difficult. Sure enough, they phone me. Whatever. Boss was in a good mood and they answered my questions so I decided to give them a shot. They advised that my first delivery would be the next day between 1-5pm. The next day, 5pm came and went. At 5:10, I phoned their customer service which is supposedly available until 6pm and it went to voicemail. I left a message with my details and asked if I will still get delivery today and I never heard back from them. It has been almost a week since I left that message. We have decided to take our lazy butts to No Frills to get spring water on the cheap (4.99 rather than 6.99+delivery) because if these companies aren't going to allow us to be lazy bums and we have to chase them down, what would we be paying so much for? read more

I live in an apartment and these guys deliver it right to my door. I don't know any other water service that does that. There is no additional delivery fee, bottles are 6.99 and min order is 3. I have used them for the past 6months, and have been quite happy. I order on per need basis, so I do understand if they don't get back to me within a day. Normally I get a reply within 3 days. So I'm happy with that. Bonus is they respond to email with the same level of attention as if it's a phone call. I'm not a phone person and also work irregular hours, so it makes it easier. I really don't know why people write such negative reviews. I think they are great. read more

I really really like their drivers, great personalities, hilarious and great customer service! They always make me smile when they deliver to my door. Oh, and their water tastes very awesome. I've had water that tasted lousy, thank you Nestle, Aquafina, and Dasani (not that I want to mention any names, of course) and I've had good tasing water (Poland Springs, Evian). Cambrian Springs is definitely on the tastes good side! And prices are pretty decent for door to door delivery (though it's cheaper to go to No Frills for Fernbrook or PC, but ech). read more

Hi I have been ordering water from Cambrian Springs for about 6 months now. No issues in the beginning however that changed very quickly. The water began tasting foul.The drivers that bring the water delivery look scruffy, dirty and were constanty scratching there balls in front of us. Highly unprofessional and unhygenic. I called and compalined got shuffled from one depratment to another. Finally was promised a free maintainence and that the drivers would be trained. They said they would call us to schedule the clean up. ($39.99 value) Over 2 weeks go by and not one call from them. I call again and send 2 emails still no response. Finally I connect with them and they refuse to honour the free service that was promised and took no responsibility for the drivers unhygenic action. I was disappointed by the lack of basic customer service. I was NOT looking for a mere $40 feebee however it was a matter of principle. I cancelled my contract and they would be happy to do so. Minus star review: I was harassed by a Cambrian Springs delivery man. He was aggressive towards me and said he can decide to deliver the water or not. I said I paid for it sooooo. He aggressively approached me as well as yelled at me. I called the company and asked for the manager to express my grievance. When I finalllllly reached the manager, after the receptionist continually told me he was in a meeting (for days) he blamed me for his worker's aggression and hung up on me without even letting me explain my concern. You don't even deserve one star. Absolutely worst service ever! Our cooler was installed last week. It is leaking and there the stream from the water is tiny, so it takes forever to fill up a glass. When they FINALLY send over a technician (on Tuesday) he comes to do absolutely nothing - simply reiterates what we already know. That it's leaking and that he can't fix it. Says that he will be back but doesn't know when. First of all, if your technicians cannot solve or figure out the problem, what kind of incompetent technicians are you hiring and sending out?! You are supposed to be the experts and if you can't solve it, WHO DO WE CALL?! :S I've been calling and leaving messages all week and they have been telling me they are sending someone back all week. Of course, no one shows up. It is now Friday. Another week without this being resolved. Absolutely horrendous! AND BY THE WAY MO EXTENSION 201 - WAY TO RETURN MY MESSAGES! Poor customer service and retention. Never received order and finally cancelled. Never going to try to use their service ever! So disappointing! I placed my order on a Thursday morning and was told that the next scheduled delivery for my area was on Tuesday. I waited all day Tuesday at home, as I don't have a buzzer code to allow them to just drop off the water, but nobody came. I called them on Wednesday morning to find out what had happened, got no apology for the absent delivery or for being given the wrong information, and was told that deliveries were running behind due to a holiday that had occurred the previous weekend, and that I would be getting my delivery that day, just after 4pm. Needless to say, I waited the whole evening for a delivery that never happened, and the called in first thing on Thursday morning. I had to call several times as no one was answering the phone, I left messages, but no one returned my calls. Finally, I got to speak with someone and after I had explained all that had happened and told them to cancel my order and refund my credit card, they just said "ok, it's cancelled." There was no explanation, and again no apology. This is not the way to keep customers. read more
