I have been coming here since 2017 and I always have a great experience. The clinic is very nice and comfortable and I like that most of the injectors are doctors. All of the people I have received treatment from have had an amazing bedside manner. They also go above and beyond on their treatments. The microneedling came with a good portion of time under the infared lights for better healing and they sent me home with a cooling mask for later. I was a loyal Fresh Faces RX client for over 6 years, spending over $30K on everything from Botox to PRF to facials. Sadly, the quality and service have declined to the point that I won't be returning. There are some excellent practitioners here -- including Dr. Jodee, the owner -- but also several subpar ones, and a lot of staff turnover so you could find someone you like and the next visit they are gone. And when it comes to injecting your face, inconsistency is not something you want. I flexed my schedule many times for them as they requested me to come in earlier. Too often, I was shuffled to a different provider at the last minute (usually a bad experience). Eventually, I had to be very specific about who I'd see. Today was my final visit and here's why: Despite always being on time, today I was exactly 10 minutes late due to traffic. When I called them on the way to give a heads-up that I would be late, I was met with a lack of empathy and scolded due to their "policy". After years of loyalty and frequent accommodations on my end, it was disheartening. Other red flags over the years: unprofessional comments from the owner about former staff, front desk gossip audible through thin walls, and no acknowledgment or thanks for 6 years and tens of thousands of dollars spent when I let them know my final visit would be my last. They get 3 stars because Dr. Jodee is talented, the facial club is a cool concept, and there are Black Friday sales -- but it's just not worth the gamble anymore. My face deserves consistency, professionalism, and respect. read more

Today I arrived earlier than expected and the excellent front desk staff notified me as I waited that I was able to start my appointment early. Since I had that bit of extra time I discussed another treatment, Sculptra, with my RN provider, Brittani. She was so knowledgeable and showed me illustrations to help me understand the parts of the face involved in Sculptra. My appointment was for Botox and, as always, Brittani was thorough in asking me what I wanted to achieve. She was mindful about my eye gland condition and took great care to avoid my eye areas. Dr. JoDee did a great job. Only thing I forgot to do was not take my fish oil pills more than two days in advance, so there was a little more ooze than usual. One injection hurt like hell and gave me a huge headache for 3 days but eventually felt fine. I've been coming to Fresh Faces since 2020, I feel so comfortable with them and trust them with my face (and my image is how I make money so that's saying a lot!). I'm gay AND an Onlyfans creator, and I've never had to feel shy saying it. They make it a point to be inclusive and I'm not sure I've ever told them that it matters to me, but it does. I've had filler and botox from Dr. Jodee, Dr. Elizabeth, and Nurse Jessika-they're all fantastic. I love how educated and up-to-date they stay on Aesthetic procedures, and that they listen to your vision, bringing out your ideal look while still being safe and sensible. I also wanted to add that they are the only clinic I'll do RF treatments with. I've done three Morpheus 8 treatments and three Mini-FX treatments, all leaving me looking more supple and snatched. I think this reflects the skill of the person handling the machine, as I've had undesirable results with Thermage RF and Morpheus 8 when done at another med spa (volume loss and added texture!). I came in to get either dysport or Botox and after the consultation with Tracy, decided on Dysport with what I was wanting to achieve. She was great at asking what I wanted, didn't want, and any concerns. I never felt pressured to get more than I needed or any extras, I appreciated her listening to me. It was mostly pain free, just little pricks that you get with needles in general. I didn't have any bruising or odds effects. It's been a month since my service and I am very happy.
