I would say traditional waxing for me is a 8 outta 10 whereas this was 6.5 outta 10. McKenna was very thorough throughout the entire process. No sticky residue post wax which is common from other places. I really like the eucalyptus warm towels post wax to smooth the back, nice touch. Place was charming and clean. I'd decided it wasn't meant to be but then Yelp happened and upon searching Pure Sugar's site she had an opening at 4pm today. Waxing lady bits is personal business and can be traumatizing with the wrong hedge slayer in there just rip'n up weeds like they not attached to a million nerve endings! I normally take a bottle of tea tree soothing lotion and slater it on in the car after Sugaring. I'm out of habit and forgot today so I was worried how my drive home was going to be. I worried for nothing, Brandy even did the deep breath in strong exhale moments for the tough spots without me even saying anything or asking for those pauses pre-lift. Her sugar was buttery soft and warm and she knew the right moment to change her ball. Ugh I can't stand when someone keeps trying to use a sugar ball turned cold and hard on me, that don't feel good mam, stop it!!! Not only was she clearly intuned she was thorough, she got her inspector gadget magnifying light and tweezed the rebellious kids right out. Lastly, I forgot to ask her what it was but she rub something on my skin and it simmered down so well that I didn't need to apply anything when I got home!!! Normally you have to pay for any kind of soothing cream for after care but Brandy obviously gets that it should be part of the service Plus what better way to guarantee return customer than making sure they have as comfortable of an experience as possible! I cannot say enough great things about Alysha! I first came to her while struggling with acne after seeing another aesthetician and getting no results. From my very first appointment, I knew I had found my go-to girl. Alysha is incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely cares about her clients' skin journeys. She never pressures you to buy products or upsells unnecessarily. Instead, she takes the time to explain why she uses certain products and ensures all your concerns are addressed. Since working with her, I've switched exclusively to Face Reality products because they truly work and my skin has responded so well. Alysha also recommended supplements that have made a noticeable difference, which just goes to show how much she knows her stuff. In addition to her expertise with acne treatments, I also go to Alysha for dermaplaning and my much-needed facials. These treatments leave my skin feeling refreshed and glowing every time! This is my second time getting a chemical peel with her, and I'm so happy I trusted her to do my first peel last year. The results were amazing, and I couldn't wait to come back! Just a tip, consistency is key. Following the steps Alysha provides is crucial, but if you stick with it, you'll see real results. Thank you, Alysha, for everything! I'm so grateful to have found you, my skin is improving so much, and I'm excited to keep working with you to reach my goals. read more

I contacted Alysha about my problematic skin and wanted to get her opinion on what would be the best step to take to fix the problems I was having. She recommended the pumpkin peel and I made my appointment right away! She talked me through the process and the smell of the pumpkin peel was delicious! It was only about a 40 minute or so facial, but it was relaxing and I definitely saw a difference in my skin! I noticed even two weeks later, my skin had that beautiful "glow." I saw she had an instagram account for fresh faces https://instagram.com/freshfacesoc/ and updates with Coupon codes and discounts !! I will be back for another treatment and I cannot wait to buy the Lucrece products, because the samples I received have been working WONDERS! read more

I have been having problematic skin for the past few months and had no idea what caused it. I contacted Fresh Faces and was recommended to get a Pumpkin Peel. I made my appointment immediately! I didn't exactly know what to expect as I have never had any kind of facial before. Alysha talked me through the steps and made me feel really comfortable and relaxed. After my appointment, and a day later, I already noticed the texture of my skin improve. The peel totally targeted my acne problem and my skin started to clear up! I can't say enough good things about Alysha! She truly has the most gentle hands, and the face and neck massage she includes in her facials is absolutely amazing. When she suggested I try Face Reality products, I was skeptical at first, but my skin has really cleared up since incorporating them into my routine. I have sensitive skin to start off and breakouts from stress. It's good to know Alysha uses all organic products and explains how it will feel on your skin! I started off with a microdermabrasion to deep clean, then on my second visit Alysha recommended me to do the pumpkin peel to exfoliate. She also took her time and went through every break out to make sure I will clear up in the next few days, and let me tell you, not so many estheticians do that for you! Super happy results :) My skin is happy :) read more
