Found and used Alysha through a Groupon and she was amazing!!! Professional and sweet as can be....I enjoyed my cleansing facial very much. She was gentle and her products were fresh, clean and smelt amazing. Her business is located in the Phenix Suites of Harbor Blvd & 19th street. I found out she does sugaring too....gonna book her for that service next. :) read more

This review is long overdue. I saw Alysha regularly for monthly facials until I moved away. I haven't had a better facial for the price she offers. She is very detail oriented and would tailor the facial to what your skin needs. She took the time to take care of my skin even if that meant our sessions went overtime. The atmosphere is also really nice and relaxing. She's set such a high standard that it took me a while to find someone like her in my new area. She also won't try to sell you products like some aestheticians do, which is great. Thank you so much Alysha! I wish I could still see you regularly. read more

One of the best lady I've been going to for my facial session. What I like about her the most is that she doesn't push you to buy the products.. I love it about her. I have to tell you guys, I've going to like almost all the facial places in OC and did a lot of research, other places failed big time. All they want is your money. This place, she explains to me about every procedures and do not push me to come back every month. And she's switching to the new place soon. I love love it. read more

Alysia is thorough and my skin glows after both facials I have received from her. I just moved from L.A. and am happy to have found someone whom I trust with my skin. Her prices are competitive when she offers specials. read more

I've been coming in for sugaring treatments for the past few months since buying my first groupon. It was my first time sugaring and Alysha was very accommodating and walked me through the process. Ever since my first appointment with her, I've had great results and the price is very reasonable compared to other sugaring salons in the area. She is very detailed and very easy going and pleasant to chat with. I have not tried one of her facials yet however I plan to schedule one soon! Another point - Alysha is very flexible with scheduling which is a plus! read more

I found Alycia through Groupon. I called to make an appointment and she returned my call within 5 minutes. I booked a pumpkin peel with her and my experience was beyond what I had anticipated. Alycia has a super cute studio space and was very friendly and professional. I went in expecting a quick facial/ peel and she did much more than that. I am currently struggling with a breakout and she performed extractions for at least 10 minutes. My skin is now glowing and my inflammation has gone down significantly!! Alycia is a very talented esthetician with a special touch. I HIGHLY recommend booking with her. read more

Alysha has been my go-to aesthetician and sugaring expert for the past 5 years. I love her friendly demeanor, but professional approach to her work. I always look forward to my visits as she is very engaging while doing terrific work. For anyone looking for a new skin professional, Alysha at Fresh Faces is the best choice! read more

I always look forward to my appointments with Alysha. Not only is the experience incredibly relaxing, she takes her time with you and you never feel rushed. Hands down best facial, ever! Thank you Alysha. Natasha read more

I first started coming in for treatments about 5 months ago, Alysha had a quick consultation with me about my acne and had given me a microdermabrasion treatment, extractions, and product samples for me to try at home. The products were the perfect fit for my skin and I have been using them ever since. I received another treatment- the pumpkin scrub- which was absolutely amazing! Within a few weeks I definitely noticed the acne slowly dialing down. The environment is very relaxing and clean as well~ I will certainly be coming back for many more treatments and I highly recommend scheduling a treatment with Alysha. read more

This place is amazing. Great and honest work and service. She spent a lot of time with me and exceeded expectations for a simple waxing. Soon I'm going back for microdermabrasion. I've been meaning to correct my face from all previous damage. Keep up the great work! read more

We, Women, take no joke when it comes to our skin. It's an important matter, way more important than food and air! I'm telling you, by far, Alysha's the one and only one you can trust your precious skin with. Try her once, then you yourself gonna start spreading the words! Thanks Alysha. Love you read more

Alysha is absolutely amazing!!! Found my new sugaring place and I don't think I'll ever go anywhere else -- unless Alysha moves out of state or something! Lol Thank goodness for Groupon or else I wouldn't have discovered Alysha. Need to come back for a facial soon! I would recommend this place to anyone -- you won't be disappointed. read more

24 hours notice and cancellation fee was not waived. Beware 48+ hours notice must be given. Initial service was good, but progressively diminished. No massage with the 85 minute facial with microdermabrasion, which was also quite painful and I have had hundreds done. She did microdermabrasion near my lower eye lashes which is a sensitive part of the eyes. Highly recommend going somewhere else. read more

Alyssa was really amazing for my first time walk me through each step and was definitely understanding of my low pain threshold. She walked me through each step and explained aftercare and ways to prevent ingrowns and I'm really excited about my next appointment in 5 weeks :-) thank you mate good looking out definitely time for a fresh... This place is great!!! I used to take my girlfriend to this other place to get her eye lashes done. Then I found out about this place. Their service and prices are unmatched in the industry. Alysha, and the work she performs falls nothing short of exceptional. I have been getting facials from Alysha for a few months now, and my skin has improved in so many areas: smoothness, clearness, redness, and breakouts. I am happy with the results received from Alysha's treatments. Aside from her excellent service, the atmosphere in her suite is so soothing and relaxing, making the experience all the more enjoyable. Give a try, and promise you will not regret it! read more

I got my brazilian sugared by Alysha just yesterday and I truly enjoyed her professionalism in her work. She answered so many questions for me and was very friendly and open. She's truly a master in her craft. She was so careful and made sure every hair was removed and even removed a nasty ingrown for me( sorry, tmi). Truly loved the experience and will be back to try out her facials! read more

You can't beat an honest, helpful individual who is genuinely looking out for your well-being and not just your money; Alysha is just that. I went to Fresh Faces because I was having problems with my acne-prone skin. Alysha helped me decide what treatments would be best for me. My acne has drastically improved. I go back once a month because her services continue to make my skin feel and look great. read more

Alysha is a real PRO in everything she does and very nice and friendly. I found her through Groupon as many other reviewers and checked Yelp before scheduling an appointment on her website. I have worked with quite a few estheticians in the past and had about the same result at the end: Nice facial during the first visit and then they would start selling their product because this is the only way their future treatment would work. Not with Alysha. She has a variety of treatment options that truly do magic to my skin that LASTS. You should try her natural facial! And if you do waxing, ask for a mask afterward. You WILL feel the difference. read more

Alysha is awesome! I found her on yelp, and told her what I was looking for, and what my budget was, and she totally customized a facial to meet my needs. Super affordable and extremely thorough. Her place is clean, sterile, and offers great service. Her microdermabrasion machine is top of the line, and it does wonders for my skin - I highly recommend her! read more

I wish I could give more stars! Not only is Alysha professional she is fabulous! She tells you what you need to do to make your face flawless and helps educate you on how to help your skin. Love love love! Been here about 3 times and always have an amazing experience. I highly recommend this place! Ask for alysha and she will work her hardest to help get you an appointment time ASAP! read more

I just left my appointment with Alysha and my face feels cleaner and softer than it has in such a long time! She took the time to explain what she was using and handled my sensitive skin with care. The neck and shoulder massage was a great bonus I wasn't expecting! And I agree with the other reviewers where I didn't feel pressured into purchasing products, but was still educated about them. It was a great experience and I already booked my next appointment with her for the new year!! read more

Ive been going to alysha for about 4-5 months now and she cleared up my acne and has my skin fresh and bright!!! Glad I started going here and will continue to go to her! read more

Got a facial from Alysha. Very professional, friendly and helpful. She helped set me at ease and help clear up my skin.

I found Fresh Faces through a Groupon deal for sugaring and I will definitely be going back to Alysha from now on! I've tried a few other places in the area and she's the best! Alysha is skilled and detailed in her work and helps to make you feel calm in what could be a potentially uncomfortable and painful experience. Although it was not my first sugaring experience, she still talked me through process, giving me a heads up on any particular ouch areas. Her workspace is super clean and smells fresh. It's located within the Phenix salon spaces. read more

Had my very first microdermabrasion today with Alysha. I wasn't really sure what to expect but the experience was very pleasant. It was so relaxing and my face hasn't felt this refreshed in a very long time. I have hyperpigmentation around the top of my cheek bones and mouth and I could already tell off the bat that the treatment she gave me made a difference. On top of the skin treatment, she gave me a massage and samples of products that can help keep my skin looking good. I am definitely coming back for another treatment. Highly recommend! read more

I've been going to Alysha for about a year now for my microdermabrasion appt. and She always does an excellent job. Between the appointments with her and the products she recommended my skin has never looked better! Yesterday I decided to have her wax my armpits with the sugar wax and she did an excellent job! It was the first time I'd ever been waxed and I was worried about the pain I was going to be in, but Alysha was quick and efficient and it didn't really end up hurting much at all. I'm going to use her for all my waxing needs in the future. She does such a wonderful job and her prices are great! read more

Alysha is great! Super personable and friendly, did not feel awkward at all and she took my friend and I on short notice! The room was very clean and she gave us wipes and warm towels to use afterwards. I will definitely be coming back!! She even honored the Groupon price without purchasing the Groupon and then told me her return price is only $3 more! Thank you so much, looking forward to my next 4 week appointment! read more

I don't spend a lot of time thinking about my skin, and so I figured I'd get a professional to look at it, just to make sure I was doing everything I could do look my best. I found Fresh Faces on Yelp and was impressed with all the positive reviews. I set up an appointment and met with Alysha. She was very professional and, after a brief interview in which she reviewed what I was currently doing, we began the treatment. The treatment was very relaxing and made my skin feel great. Alysha knows what she is doing, and I will definitely be making her treatments a regular part of my regimen. read more

Alysha was an incredible help with my teenage daughter! When my daughter turned 13, I was looking for someone to diagnosis her skin and also council her with her skin hygiene. My daughter plays club volleyball and club basketball and sweats all the time. She started getting large blackheads as well as acne breakouts (family genetics), not to mention her hormones kick in every 28days. Alysha was very kind and gentle with my daughter, talked about how important it is to keep her face healthy and clean, and to wash daily. I signed her up for a 5 treatment package and the results are fantastic! I loved the way my daughter's skin looked, so I signed up for facials as well. We have been seeing Alysha for over 4 months and love way our faces look and feel. I would recommend her for any of your teenagers who struggle with puberty!! And treat yourself as well ;) read more

My buddy needed some product to help with random breakouts. Alysha was incredibly helpful in putting together a small package for him. It's nice to know there are business owners out there looking out for the customer!! read more

I purchased a gift certificate for my girlfriend as a Christmas gift. I got her a full facial package. I have to say 100% money very well spent. read more

I have been going here for my facials for 4 months, my face has completely changed. Alysha is the absolute best, I no longer have any active break outs and now my face is completely clear. The best facial ever! Magic hands and great knowledge of the skin.

I went in for a sugaring appt and I have no complaints. The only thing I was a bit confused about was where she was actually located. She is located on the 2nd floor and to the left when you walk in the doors and down the hallway. She is very nice and accommodating to your needs while doing whatever service you need. Overall, I hope to do business with her again! read more

Alysha is my go to girl for sugaring and I've been going to her for the past 5 months or so. She is very accommodating and really good at getting back to you as soon as possible. She's also pretty flexible with her schedule which is great for times when I book an appointment with her last minute. She makes the whole experience comforting and she is very easy to talk to. She does an incredible job. She is also very resourceful when I had questions to ask. read more

It was my first time ever getting a Brazilian and I am absolutely satisfied I came to Alysha as my esthetician! She makes you feel completely comfortable and talks you through the whole procedure. What I love about her is that she answers every question you have about your skin and hair. She's fun to talk to and very open minded! For the past visits I spent 45 min - 1 hour. It's $35 for Brazilian and $10 for underarms. For my first time ever doing a Brazilian I left with a few stubbles of hair. The second time coming back she removed about 99% of the hairs but l didn't mind the little stubborn hairs because most likely I'd walk out with the same results paying over $50 elsewhere. Each experience was a success!! My hairs now grow sparsely and finer. read more
