I also ordered a Chirashi bowl for pickup last time. The fishes were very fresh and the price was decent. I haven't had a chance to eat there yet. It looks small when I went to pick up my food but hopefully next time I'll dine in for the experience.

The steak was thinly sliced and super fatty and had such great mouth-feel and really held the curry well. My kid had a little issue with his curry udon b/c he can't handle the spice level. Service was great. They were extremely patient as it was our first time there and we had a large party. We have a peanut allergy in our party and they made sure that none of the ingredients used for our dishes had any peanuts or cross contamination. At the time of this review, we had been back twice, and this place will definitely be on our rotation of good eats in the WCovina area!

I made about 4-5 different trips to the pick up location and left with nothing. The delivery is ridiculous. The communication is ridiculous. I had contacted VMP after my payment had been processed and they took a full two business days to respond. This time it was a webmaster issue. The issue the week prior was that their van overheated. It's now two weeks since I should've received my order and I haven't received food, haven't received a refund, and haven't heard a peep from VMP. Even after I escalated the issue via PayPal. This is $171 dollars we're talking about (which after ordering from prepLIFE I find to be ridiculously over priced for the amount of food you get and the quality). The meals are OKAY. The turkey chili is dry, the steak "upgrade" is chewy. Not quality meat. The chicken adobo and Caribbean jerk chicken taste the same except the Adobo has more cilantro. Also, be prepared to have mashed sweet potato with EVERYTHING. VMP's saving grace is their blackened fish which was pretty good. Except it wasn't blackened as opposed to smothered in spices. Still waiting on a response. And still waiting for my refund.
