One of the reason's I went to this laundromat was based on other reviews and the information on their website. For customer service, it states "...our welcoming space offers a stress-free laundry experience. Our team is always on hand to provide assistance and ensure that every visit is pleasant." Well, this was my first visit to a laundromat and I did not know what to expect. There were NO employees available to help me through the process and there were not step by step signage either. I did knock on the "Employee Only" door just to make sure, but no one opened the door. Fortunately, there were a few other customers around that could help with most of my questions, but no one could answer which dispenser out of 4 to use for detergent, which were labeled Wash l, Wash ll, Liquid Detergent or Bleach, and Softener. What is the difference between Wash l and Wash ll? I was also disappointed in the payment machine, which only took credit cards or bills - NO COINS. If not using a credit card, you had to pay over the amount of using the washing machine since the payment machine did not take coins. As a new customer, this was a bust. Finally, the facility was NOT air conditioned and the building was very hot. I do not recommend Best Wash Laundromats!
