Anyway, I just stumbled across Dennis Best Men's Salon with a Google search, and decided to try them out. Everything about the experience was good - beautiful clean shop, reasonable price, and Christian gave me a great haircut. I paid $35 and I tipped $10. I think I may have been given a "first-time" discount, but a regular price of $45 would have still been the best price around. I'll be back!

I hadn't had a haircut in forever, and I think you usually need to do an appointment. I'm glad this is not the case here. You are greeted by everyone as soon as you walk in. There's often a lot of "macho" talk while in a barbershop and "girly" talk in a salon. Therefore, I've always been uncomfortable going into the barbershop because I am a woman. However, I love the balance the Groom Room offers.
