I have family members that live at a condo complex. The pool at the complex is serviced by Fresh Coast. Over the last few years there have been issues at the pool and Fresh Coast takes a very long time to address the problems. This summer the complex has contacted them more than a few times about a problem with the pool. The calls don't get answered and when they state they're going to show, they don't. They replaced our liner, repaired rust spots, replaced washed-out sand beneath the liner, and installed a new skimmer. The transformation is incredible. usually buy my chemicals from this location but I was in the area and stopped in to check out the St Clair shores location. They're selling chlorine over there at $21.99 and charging 27.99 and this location. If you're looking for a better deal, I'd go over there. read more

Spent 800.00 plus dollars for opening and weekly maintenance. Never vacuumed pool during opening or opened pool drains. In 3 weeks showed up once for weekly cleaning and then charged more than promised price. read more

Fresh coast saved us money. We had an awesome experience. Danny and team educated us on our pool, cleaned our filter and explain to us how to take care of our pool. We've never had a pool. He saved us money by informing us that we could last the rest of the summer on the filter we have and clean it with a hose. I used Danny at Fresh Coast Pools 3x, I must say he is extremely rude to his clients. He has absolutely no respect for anybody else's time but his own. He showed up 2 days early with a 5 min notice via text saying he was in the neighborhood and if I wasn't available to let him in my pool wouldn't get cleaned for the week. When I hired him I was clear that I wanted to be a Friday clean so my pool was ready on weekends. I never signed up to be a Wednesday cleaning. I work all week and can use the pool on weekends. Hès on camera on my front porch speaking to my husband who had taken my dogs for a drop off for a scheduled teeth cleaning. My husband was very polite to him saying he would be back in 5 or 10 minutes, Danny is on camera saying "well time is money and I cant wait all day" and he left. He is so unprofessional, rude, and extremely unappealing. Last week he showed up at 5pm on Friday, I have a locked gate like most people do with in ground pools, he was put off because I told him my dog sitter would be leaving at 5 so nobody could let him in. He sends me a text saying he has a route to follow and sorry he cant show up when I want. Danny has poor communication skills, he texts last minute and can't keep a schedule. Thats not the kind of service I'm looking for or want. Lastly, I don't need to deal with a pool guy's attitude who is clearly not a professional, but a classless man who thinks of himself only and treats his clients like trash. I would think twice before hiring him for anything. Also you are forced to pay by card and an extra 3%, he doesn't offer a paper bill payment. This guy is a joke. read more
