After almost 15 minutes without even being acknowledged we put our coats on and left. We did tell the host on our way out and he said "oh, sorry" but admittedly we didn't wait to hear what else he had to say as we were fed up. For a new business, which wasn't at all busy and had several servers walking around with nothing to do, I really don't think there was any excuse for this.
