It's always hard to get accurate estimates for a whole house deep clean, and so many companies say one quote then completely change to a much higher quote! They had a two technician team come, and I wasn't home, I gave them the door code and they came on time, spent 4-5 hours deep cleaning the house and locked up when they completed! Valerie was the manager I communicated with and she was awesome! She communicated very well, was quick to reply in text message and even called me for a follow up to see if I was happy with their service! Their price was very reasonable for all the services they do for a deep clean 2 story house! Highly recommend!

It is impossible for me to express how grateful I am to Rosemeri, Marcelo, and Hetielle. The…read morekindness and thoughtfulness they exude is far above and beyond. Truly amazing humans. The short of it is: My 80 year old MIL has been putting off getting a house cleaner for a very long time due to extremely high anxiety about, well, basically everything (and I mean EVERYTHING). Before finding Blue Rose Cleaning Services, I hadn't found a cleaner I felt would do the job in such a way as to reduce my MIL's anxiety. Cue Rosemeri! Oh my goodness. From the moment we spoke on the phone, I knew my MIL would be in good hands. Rosemeri explained the services offered, worked with me on the right balance of time spent on a deep clean and my MIL's school teacher retirement budget, and then set up a monthly service so that the house would stay in good shape. And then Marcelo and Hetielle!! These two people are just the loveliest. Absolute joy to be around. They do an amazing cleaning job and worked around my MIL's - shall we say, ever present and excitable - frenchie dog. And also put my MIL at complete ease. Okay, maybe not so short, but hopefully you can tell that I am truly appreciative and deeply grateful beyond words. Thank you so much Rosemeri, Marcelo, and Hetielle for treating my MIL like you would your own mom.

They supply all of their own equipment and products, and after they leave, the entire house looks and smells amazing. My wife checked the shutters, the picture frames, the microwave, the laundry room - everything was done above and beyond what we expected. We have scheduled RCS for every two weeks. I'm sure they'll get the job done. Unfortunately, that was not the case. I honestly don't know what they actually cleaned, because the place still looked dirty afterward. I had to go back and clean it myself. Dust and debris were still along the edges, nothing was dusted, the kitchen cabinets still had stains, and the floors didn't feel clean at all. I even took photos to prove it. When I reached out to share my concerns, their response was, "We mopped twice and there were pets in the house." What does that have to do with anything? Pets don't excuse poor service. The fact is, they did not do their job, period. Save your money and look elsewhere.
