The waiter decided that he was sure the kitchen prepared it correctly, and this dish wasn't taken back to the kitchen to get the pasta replaced. Another at the table had an almost identical dish, and the pasta sauce was not watery. It was disappointing that the waiter did not handle the situation properly. When it was time to leave, we were told that to-go boxes were on a nearby table. The waitresses boxed up the leftovers for their tables, though. So I am not sure why the waiter didn't do that for us.
