I just knew it was going to be good. Everyone was so friendly, from the cashier who took my order to the owner. She said it must've been bad lol. She saw me trying to drink the last bit, I finished my matcha in what felt like two seconds! Now let's talk about the real stars of the place: the coffee and the matcha. That Flan Matcha is incredible! If you take one thing away from this review, order the Flan Matcha. The Cookie Butter Latte was also amazing. It tasted just like cookie butter with just the right hint of coffee. My daughter loved that one. My mother ordered the Spanish Matcha, and she loved hers too. The drinks were all very nice. I ordered my Hamlinccino half sweet as flavored lattes are always too sweet for me. The soups were excellent. The French Onion was a bit more salty than I prefer but I am anti-salt....so for most people it's probably just right. The Croque Monsieur is tasty and the potatoes it is served with are excellently cooked crisp and seasoned. The Tuna Salad is a decent size without being too overly large. The Benedict is served on a croissant and has bacon. Very tasty with perfect potatoes. The desserts are excellently cooked crisp. The creme brûlée was perfect. The Tiramisu Cup is traditional tiramisu served in an edible chocolate coffee cup and while it is pricey, it is so very tasty....one of the best I've had and recommend. We shared this among two of us. The dining room is nice, not too large and there is outdoor patio seating also. I will say, when you walk in there are menu boards above the cashiers and the print is pretty small. I can see pretty well but couldn't read them. They do have printed menus on the counter but between the small print and the color that the words are printed in and the colored background they are on, this was also challenging to read. The only thing I would say is that the space felt a little small and cramped. I think they could put a little more into the interior and atmosphere to really make it feel more special and French-inspired.
