I was able to walk in, get my unit and store my things quickly and easily. Each and every time I arrived I was greeted in a very pleasant manner with a smile, and a how can I help you today. The level of customer service was phenomenal. The unit was clean and moisture free, and there were no cobwebs or strange hidden surprises inside. The grounds are well taken care of, and the automatic locking gate is code entry secured. The aisles between the buildings are easily 2 cars wide to allow for cars to go past as you unload. Each unit is ground floor flush with the asphalt. No steps makes the transfer of items into the unit easy as pie. There is help such as dolly and broom available for client use and they even give you a FREE lock to secure your belongings! This appears to be a true Mom and Pop company, that cares about their clients, and has a desire to be the best in the business. What an amazing place! They even rent U-Haul right on sight. In keeping with the tradition of great customer service, they helped me make a reservation for a u-haul location down the road when they did not have the size I preferred. During 4 years of renting with a small storage facility, Chain Lake Storage, in Monroe, WA, my rental rate was only increased 2 x's at a fair, reasonable amount. The staff there were very accessible and super great people to work with. Glacier West advertises a lower rate on line to lure customers in then seems to employ a bait and switch scam, it appears to me, to up rates months later. I think 1 year or more to increase rates 5% max is fair and reasonable to deal with inflation. Not 10.9% 6 months into leasing.

But for an 8'x10' unit, it's a gross exaggeration...and on purpose. How's that for 'customer service'? In summary, if you are comparison shopping, do not trust what's listed on the website. I recommend touring and doing a measurement for yourself.
