The office repeatedly promises call‑backs that never happen, even when the receptionist assures me someone will follow up. I've gone into the office several times, only to wait for hours while staff members--Tiana, Anna, or others--are "in meetings" or "on breaks." Despite repeated visits and voicemails, I have never received the assistance I was promised. Their lack of professionalism and communication is unacceptable. Emails go unanswered, phone calls aren't returned, and in‑person service is frustratingly slow. This level of disregard for customers is deeply discouraging and reflects poorly on how Express Insurance values its clients. This mistake not only left me and my family exposed in the event of an accident, but it also prevented me from registering my vehicle--leaving me without its use for months. To make matters worse, they are now requiring me to pay for months of coverage I never actually had just to have my policy reinstated. I've made several phone calls to try to resolve the issue with Rose's office, but with no success. Each time I've asked for corporate contact information, I've only been given excuses and incomplete details that make it impossible to reach anyone who can actually help. Do not do business with Rose's office, and I would strongly question whether you should do business with State Farm at all. I am still waiting to see if anyone from corporate leadership will contact me.
