This was a lady at the front desk, who did not know how to do her job, and another employee (female) who also did not know how to do her job. My family member asked the lady to please speak softer as she did not want others in the building to know her business. The lady became rude again, although speaking softer, was no help. We will be telling others about this horrible experience and how no one seems to be considerate or helpful. For people being available to "help" others, they sure have no tact or consideration for customer circumstances.
