I asked to speak with the employee that I had talked to previously, about a minor issue I was having, and she could have just told me to call back tomorrow because she wasn't in the office. Instead..she said "I can help you with this", and stayed on the phone with me for 45 minutes and made sure everything was taken care of right then and there!
