I have been struggling with my auto policy for the last 6 months only because of him, I couldn't trust him at all on what he says - such a frustrating experience. I should have avoided applying Farmers thru Jason as an agent. Two points, 1. Jason kept adjusting my policy plan without my knowledge and did many confusion on my billings. I ended up paying more than what I used to pay in the past with Farmers. My driver records are quite clear. 2. Jason always blame with a reason of Farmers System failures when I didn't receive any notice or email about policy. Very funny thing is, He asked my eSignature on a particular waive documents at the end of my policy coverage period. I guess, he tried to do some malpractice - not sure. I don't know why Farmers keep such insane agents in the field. Better you should avoid him otherwise you would end up same with experience, I am sure. I don't have time otherwise I would have filed a lawsuit against him (not with Farmers insurance). My fault is business with Jason, it was unpleasant experience I have ever had before. I am happy with other Provider now.

Wanna hear something a bit cheesy?…read more I feel like I'm in Good Hands with Allstate. I know... regurgitating a line from a commercial from an Insurance company... I'm ashamed of myself. But it is so very TRUE. I've been with Andrew Rice and Allstate for a number of years, and I'm always more than pleased when I call up to his office with questions. I'm about to add to my policies with him (I have home, auto, & life), and it is directly related to the ease in which I can get a direct response from his staff and Andrew. I call up there, and the lady who answers the phone is obviously smiling! You can hear her smile. She is happy to help me and answer my questions. She walks me through everything I need to know about my new policy and I have at least 30 questions. Insurance made simple. I'm sure you can get insurance from a number of places, but I highly recommend if you are shopping around that you check out Andrew Rice and his staff. They are great people who alleviate any stress around an industry that can sometimes be confusing.
