One time I bumped a car from behind and the lady said she didn't see any damage, but I did. I insisted she take my info. Her husband noticed the damage and she told Skip I'd insisted she time my insurance card. He called me up and THANKED me for being a good honest person. My insurance did NOT go up. That is what you call old-fashioned customer service. Why can't Skip run for office. I actually trust him--not even kidding on that one. And everyone in the office is absolutely lovely.

I learned this when I had to file some claims and had asked advises from this agent and they gave me poor advises concerning some damages to my roof. They recommended a roofing company that was inadequate , and teamed out with the insurance company against me! They raised their premium considerably for my car and home each year invoking whatever reasons they could find!!! BE AWARE! By the way I found another provider half cheaper than them for my house and car and full coverage.
