We also decided to do some research on our own and contacted two other companies for quotes. No one solicited our business (didn't think I'd find out about the complaint you filed with our new company, claiming they solicited us, did you, Steven?) and we were pleased that we could get the same coverage with a major carrier for HALF the price we were quoted. I'm quite disappointed in the fact that over the past year that in order to transact business, it took repeated emails and phone calls to get any response or service.
