We asked for help from the company owner and he said just call an adjuster. He couldn't be bothered I guess but he sure liked the commission off of our premium we paid. Come to find out this was a new company they were writing and they didn't even know the details of the policy and are now not using this company anymore for their clients homeowners policy. Did I mention we haven't heard a word from them to see how our claim has been going or our fight. We are on our own with absolutely no help or communication with them or from them. If you are smart, you will not employ them as your agents.

They called me at 5 PM on a Friday and left a message after my husband spoke with someone TWICE, giving HIS contact info, once requesting quotes we never received and again to inquire about the policy being cancelled. We pay via mortgage payment- how was it cancelled?! The insurance company sent us a letter May 25 saying we were canceled- but told me our broker had it OVER a month ago! We had no idea. Apparently they're having office issues per what a unhelpful lady in office told my husband.. Do not use this company! If you have a broker to ensure you are covered, this is not the broker to go with

He not only saved us money and helped us understand our coverage for personal home and auto, he also was able to take care of our business and commercial insurance needs. He lets us know prior to renewal so we can prepare for quotes. One of his insurance companies also offers the RightTrack device for personal auto that helped me save up to 30% on my auto insurance. No inconvenience at all. Drive nice and it pays! We're grateful to find someone that spends the time to manage expectations.

If you are looking for an insurance company that is courteous, respectful and professional to their customers please do not come here. I have been a customer since January 2016. Of course, in the beginning as they were trying to earn my business my agent Stephen gave exceptional service. However, by April that changed, when I would call to ask a question or to try and make changes to my policy I was always told that they would need to call me back later. A few times it was due to health issues with my agent and another with his wife. In the beginning, I understood as we all sometimes have health and family issues going on. I was always brushed off and told my agent would get back to me and I would never receive a call back. My last straw was on October 23rd when I questioned my agent about a discount from their right track program which by the way is not even worth the effort. Initially I was told he would have to call me back because he was having lunch. After hours of not hearing from him I called back the response I got was "Oh I didn't know it was important". As a customer, I feel that every call should be important from people paying you their hard-earned money for a service you promise to provide. Anyhow once I finally received a call I was told about a small discount that would be place on my annual premium. Now that's not how the right track program was explained to me. It was with the insinuation that it would be upwards of 30% and that it would reflect on my monthly bill. After telling my agent that that is not how he explained it to me and that I would have to be looking to price other quotes the agent snapped at me and raised his voice saying "well then shop me around. I don't know what you want and I don't know what you want me to tell you". I don't know about you all but that is unacceptable to me. Mind you this was all happening over the phone while I was at work. So naturally I could not respond in the manner that I wanted to because my boss sits only a few feet from me and I work for law enforcement. I called Safeco which is the company my policy is with through Collins Insurance which reassured me that I had the option to change my policy to another agent and that is exactly what I did. I did reach out to the agent before doing so and let him know that the way he spoke to me was unacceptable and that I would be taking my business elsewhere.
