I'll admit it, I don't write a lot of reviews. Writing bad reviews are exhausting, and you have to…read morebe pretty damn impressive for me to take the time to write a positive review. Yet there are times when I come across that company or individual that should be recognized. When that happens, I scream it from the rooftops. Austin Noorani and Jasmine Jones from Valending Group are not only individuals who deserve to be lauded for their professionalism but for their ability to go above and beyond for their clientele. As a disabled Veteran, I am not an easy person to satisfied or deal with. Austin and Jasmine not only showed patience the entire time they dealt with me but showed an incredible understanding of my disability needs. I don't know how much Valending Group is paying them, but it's not enough. I'm telling all my Veteran buddies to do business with Valending Group and you should do business with them too.

Communication with Patrick and processing team very lethargic! I feel like I've just been strung along with no end resolution to getting my refi completed. Now, the low rates which I could have locked in with any other company, are not available! As a Veteran, very disappointed in the service and would not recommend this company. Promised a call back from Patrick on 2/9. No call. Now it's 2/14...still no updates. Patrick blamed the loan processor and took no responsibility. Loan processor was VERY rude and blamed my mortgage company for the delays. They totally disagree and told me they have sent docs on three separate occasions and that the processor never sent the authorization to release. Delays continue.... very unsatisfied!

I have been trying to get in contact with this title company for a month about payment of my…read morehomeowners insurance through escrowed funds. They messed up and applied the funds that I paid during closing for taxes and home owners insurance completely to taxes, and now my insurance is about to lapse because they did not do their job correctly! They emailed the insurance rep that I would have to pay my insurance myself and wait to be refunded from the county. No apology, no explanation, no attempt to rectify the situation. I've left several messages and emails, my insurance company has reached out to them and even the loan processor has emailed them and still I can't get a hold of anyone. I even got an email a week ago that someone in management would call me that day. Still no call! Use a different title company!!!

They do NOT know what they are doing and should not be in this business. They consistently blamed my mortgage lender for things THEY should have known!! Cost me time and money. Very unprofessional when the lady doing my closing BOUNCED on a rubber ball the entire time... almost got sick watching her and trying to focus. I should NEVER have had a screaming argument with the person hired to close at a title company, but I did! I would run... NOT WALK away from this company... do not use. Brent and his office failed to tell me that State Farm was not renewing my policy because I had one minor accident and needed roadside assistance once in one year. The only way I found out they weren't allowing me to renew my policy was by asking Brent a random question about my coverage. His "assistant" called me and told me that my coverage expired in 1 day and that I needed to find an insurance provider by then. They claim the sent me a letter 2 months ago notifying me, but I never saw a letter in my mail. There was no email or phone call either. This guy sucks! State Farm sucks!
