My experience with MSI Credit Solutions has been extremely disappointing and I would caution others…read morebefore signing any agreement with them. Despite paying for their services, I saw no significant improvement to my credit over several months. Their representatives especially Victor which is the manager , made claims about what they could achieve that were misleading at best and potentially false advertising. Communication was poor and updates were vague. I requested specific documentation multiple times and was either ignored or given generic responses. It's clear that their process is not tailored to individual cases and lacks transparency. In my opinion, MSI Credit Solutions did not fulfill their contractual obligations, and I'm currently exploring options for reporting them to the appropriate consumer protection agencies. I strongly advise anyone considering this company to read the fine print, document everything, and proceed with caution.Also no refund was sent , Victor gave me two weeks and NOW THERE IS VANICA GIVING ME ANOTHER TWO WEEKS WHICH IS NOW VOIDED BECAUSE OF THE REVIEW SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE
