I'd like to give a shout out to Jessica Barthold! anyway, recently I got a new Motorcycle, called them and gave them all the required info so I could drive off the lot protected. so, I paid a little more for the remaining one-year policy. I got a new statement from Progressive about renewing my bill, it didn't seems quite right. As a matter of fact, it seems very high. So, I made one phone call (and DONE) to Jessica and basically, they saved my $400 bucks, yes, $400. same policy coverage, etc., etc. They just used to have my Motorcycle..... Now they have my 3 other vehicles and my home. anyone wanting real customer service and folks that will go out of there way, then I highly recommend them. Here is the kicker, if they can't save you money, they will tell you upfront and recommend a company. I have been working with Marleen Miles and Tisha Brandes for 9 years now. When adding my daughter to our policy as a newly licensed driver, she also had some questions regarding her portion of fees, and was told she'd get a call back with the breakdown. Nope! They requested documents from me that were not relevant to my policy, like info on my son who they enrolled in the safe driver program that I had declined. Repeatedly asked for a copy of my oldest daughter's policy, though she lives out of state and has had her own insurance for 5 years. I cooperatively sent a picture of her insurance card. They insisted on the declarations page. Not happening. When I asked why they needed it, they said they didn't know; corporate was insisting. I asked for a contact at "corporate" but unsurprisingly, never got it. A week or 2 later, I got a letter saying they were dropping me for not providing necessary paperwork. I beat them to it, thankfully, and secured a different and less costly policy. In the meantime, when my policy was up for renewal, they actually sent me a bill! Completely absurd, incompetent, disorganized. Two stars for a few people in the office who were nice and put some effort into it. I don't know one man's name, and Bob Seaborough, who I initially contacted, were both helpful. I don't think Bob is there anymore.

Update to my insurance nightmare with the worlds most incompetent people.. They cancelled our…read morepolicy and didn't say anything. These are the worst people at what they call a job. I would give 0 stars if I could. We received a refund check that is not the total for the 1 year prepaid that we expected, it was literally a prorated refund because they cancelled our policy 3 weeks (ish) before it ended. I requested to let it ride out as it had already been paid for, I mean seriously. How stupid do you have to be? So now we have been refunded and told that the full year refund check is "in the mail", apparently it takes a long time to go 10 miles, because a full week later it hasn't been received but the little pro rate check has. Make that make sense. Anyway, we get this check, I call and ask why they cancelled and they said "agency error" and will work on getting it reinstated but could take days. Within an hour (all before lunch) we decided to just push our new policy start date up and so I emailed Sophie to tell her not to reinstate, we will cash our refund check and move on with the new coverage at new company. SHE NEVER RESPONDED. This morning I get a vm stating the policy has been reinstated and to let her know when to terminate, either call or respond to her email. You see where I am going right? I had already emailed! I called and Sylvia said she was on the phone, I responded to her email reiterating our desire to have never had it reinstated and now I wait, will she call me back? Who knows. I want to talk to Vince but am told he doesn't' even work, "just email him, he will respond". NO. This is your incompetent office, take responsibility dude! I am expecting a call. Please don't waste your time with these people. They apparently can only do one thing at a time, and that seems to be "lie".
