There was a lot of people waiting to make payments and I was the only one sitting waiting to take out a loan. I do feel as though they let a lot of people skip me because of this and I was there for an hour waiting patiently to sell my soul to the devil. After an hour of waiting I decided to leave. I did think about coming back but I received a blessing to where I didn't have to use this service at all. Will I ever come back to this location umm no! When you're dealing with something as important as a loan, professionalism, respect, and clear communication matter. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here.
