To say I've been overwhelmed by the sheer amount of information is quite the understatement. While in the neighborhood the other day I spotted this BB&T branch and decided to drop in to ask a few questions about the upcoming switch. Instead of explaining options clearly or offering support, she spoke in a condescending manner that made the process uncomfortable and frustrating. What is even more concerning is that the company continues to employ her despite multiple similar complaints.
