While my problem was not in her immediate area of responsibility, she listened and went to work. Elisa fixed the 1st issue (on line account suspended) and then contacted another expert within Schwab that helped to find the source of other issues that led to my suspension. If Elisa had not listened and gone the extra miles to help me, I would have been suspended again as soon as I drove back home to Denton, TX. Jared Herbert is also to be commended for being very responsive to a phone call and especially for having a very qualified staff that cares about their clients. If I was not retired, I would have offered a job to Elisa. Her talent, caring attitude, and common sense are rare. I expect Schwab recognizes her abilities and she has a bright future ahead of her.

We had to replace our car on a trip we made to Dallas last week. We located a replacement car on a Saturday and the dealership let us keep the new car as we would provide them payment from our account at Charles Schwab. On Monday, we went by Charles Schwab in Southlake to arrange the disbursement and met with our agent, Jake Bandy. Mr. Bandy called the dealership, acquired the wiring instructions, and facilitated the whole transaction. Mr. Bandy is a complete pro! He gave us copies of the wire and promised to contact us when it was complete. We returned to the dealership with the copies of the wire and the dealership gave us copies of all our car documents. Mr. Bandy called shortly thereafter and assured us the wire was sent. Everything is stress free when you deal with a great organization and Jake Bandy!

Out of desperation, I stopped into this little place to see what they could do for me. After inquiring about an installment loan, I was starting to hesitate at the thought of paying interest. The ladies behind the counter however were so nice! They continuously talked to me throughout the whole process and were so friendly that I almost forgot why I was there. Before I knew it they had me out the door with the exact amount of money I needed. They were very reassuring about the whole thing and said if I had any problems to come back and see them. I now have that loan paid off and out of the hundreds I borrowed only had to pay $45 in interest and that's with my terrible credit! Next time I'm in a bind I feel good that I can go here if I need to and can trust them.

This storefront location provides the convenience of certified signatures and on-site advisers for fidelity accounts. The location itself is hospitable and clean. I've been twice and a Keurig was a nice touch (It was out of service the second time I visited). Bathrooms were clean, and two self-service computers were available for account management services. The desk clerk was friendly and helpful, communicated well, and was able to help me with my signature certification as a walk-in within a few minutes. Both visits, I was able to park directly in front and be in and out in under 20 minutes. As a Fidelity Customer of many years, I appreciate the ability to walk in somewhere and receive assistance with my Fidelity accounts in person.

We went there for assistance to help resolve the problems, stop-payment on the check in question, and initially was going to a electronic transfer of funds directly from bank to insurance company. ...as it turned out, ins. company does not have their system set up for electronic transfer. It was a mess. We Needed assistance, we didn't really know how or where to go for answers/help. Christine was Wonderful! Truly. She spent At Least 30 minutes, probably 45 minutes with us guiding us, helping us in every way she could. She went that extra mile! Thanks for having employees such as Christine Temple!! They were the ONLY payday advance place to lend me the cash I needed…read more Long story short, I started my new job and hadn't gotten paid yet. The problem was my backrent was due NOW or I would have been evicted. My credit is terrible right now so banks were out. I just needed to make it to payday, which fell after my rent deadline. They're the only ones that DOESN'T check credit score or employment like other companies advertise (looking at you ACE), just steady source of income and an active bank account. I think they require more info if you do it online. Some companies require you to be at a job for 3 or more months but what about the people who are newly employed with a better, higher paying job but is between paydays? I paid my loan off IN FULL a few days later as I promised when I got paid. Go here, people! One thing I didn't like is they make you put references down with the in-store application. I don't think they check them because I just made up some names and numbers and had no problems.
