I did not realize until I got home that he had removed the bracelet and then put it back on in the wrong position. The band should never have been taken off to put a battery in the watch as the battery is under the bezel . When I went back and spoke to a sales lady and showed her the watch that I could not wear she said the watch looked fine and that the man who put the battery in is a watch person. It would not clasp shut as the band was put back on in reverse. I went to a couple of other jewelry stores for help and the last jewelry store was Eiseman's who are so professional and caring and treated me like a client. The watch man there immediately fixed the band and also noticed that one of the gold screws was not put on tight enough. Parts are difficult to find for Ebel watches. Eiseman's did not charge me. Lesson learned. Go to a jewelry store who does or did sell Ebel.

I went to pick up ring to discover diamond was no longer set in original opening but in a new mount that set above the band. The new mounting allowed for another stone to be used to replace my original diamond. Mr. Jimmy became rude and agitated when I questioned him about the ring. The taller man who seemed to be giving the bids on goods offered me a "courtesy" bid of $20 on ALL of my items. I will try and list pictures/links for as much merch as I need to prove my point. I brought my stuff packed in a double rifle case. It included a Magpul rifle sling, a ATI ghillie camo poncho, 2 boxes of shotgun ammo, and 11 different video games that were WII and Gamecube games. He said he couldn't offer me more on the case because they give them away. I understand.... I used to work in the industry. When we sold rifles/shotguns we would give away the single zipper cheap-o-depot rifle cases. This is not that..... I told the gentlemen that my rifle case was $120, he to my face said "No it's not." without even verifying on his computer.
