If you're considering buying online, here's a caution: they can cancel your order for any reason even after they have your payment. Especially in volatile price environments. I paid more to buy locally but I have my purchase in hand. And they kept the quote even after price went up a bit as it took several days to get my debit card to work. This company has the best premium for precious metals if you buy generic. And they will work with you which an online company like JM Bullion won't!

Cash America is a consistently clean chain of pawn shops with discount deals on used and useful…read moreitems. We stopped by here to browse power tools for a possible future purchase. But a good pawn shop draws me into look at everything, the camcorder I used to own for $15, printers for $5, nail guns and dvds and old video games. Fun stuff to look at for great value prices. This store was clean and nicely organized as has every other Cash America I've ever visited. The staff was helpful but not intrusive. Cash America is a big enough chain that I feel comfortable buying items knowing they back them with adequate guarantees and return policies. Just make sure you try what you buy right away. And never ever accept the posted price as the final one. Many items are priced the same as a new retail store. You have to offer lower and in my experience they will strike a bargain.

This squatty little female manager says they will give me $125 because they are selling for like $300 on ebay! I pulled up ebay and showed them that the exact one I have is selling for nearly $600 on ebay. They said they saw used ones for like $300 which was a lie! There are only new ones like mine online! Then the little assistant tried to pull up a different brand from Harbor Freight of all places and say theirs is less than $300. Harbor Freight does not even sell quality brands and you can't compare different brands! I told her to show me what they saw on ebay and she had a problem pulling anything up! I should have asked for one of the men because the little squatty bad teeth hispanic chicks don't know jack about anything! AVOID THIS PAWN SHOP UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE LIED TO AND INSULTED!!!!

I had sorted the bills by series, date, and anything that made it worthwhil, i.e. Consecutive number or star bill. He sat and riffled through them with little interest and calculated a total. I also had fragile bills that even though I knew they probably had little value, he manhandled and damaged a few. This felt akin to me going into a low-end pawn shop. I'll go back to the store who recommended them and let them know that, in my experience, they are doing their customers a disservice by recommending Arlington Coins

If you are a gentleman who is protective of your woman, then please take the time to read this. I…read morewill try to be direct and concise. I stopped by with my girlfriend to look at rings, and when we walked in, she did not feel comfortable and didn't want to stay. After I had exchanged a few words with the salesman, I too did not feel comfortable nor wish to continue the interaction. Another customer walked in, and after a brief moment, the salesman excused himself to go address the new customer. My girlfriend and I took that opportunity to gracefully exit and try to do so discreetly. This is when I realized we were locked in the store. The salesman had a key-fob that unlocked the door when a customer rang the doorbell, and in order to leave, he had to be the one to let you out. Unfortunately, I had to get the salesman's attention in order to leave. He asked if we were done talking with him, and after my "yes", he said, "well, before I let you out, do you want to come over here and get a business card?" Immediately, I felt trapped inside this store, wanting to leave gracefully and discreetly, but I couldn't. Let me be clear. I do not appreciate being locked in a store and not being able to protect my woman (even by simply leaving the building) when she feels uncomfortable or threatened. I have absolutely no intention of returning. I will add, before we went to this place, we went to Duffy's Jewelry, and had an absolute 10/10 great experience. They were very pleasant, professional, and extremely kind and knowledgeable. Both my girlfriend and I felt very comfortable in there, and to be honestly transparent, I truly want to give them my business. I recommend you do the same.
