However, they kindly wait for you to approach the counter instead of being pushy. When you approacg with tge item they ask "Sale or loan?" and if you are simply taking a loan on it thy ask "How much do you need?" and negotiate fairly. On one instace I was waiting for my transaction to process and witnessed another customer being rude and short with the female staff member and the staff member never raised her voice or disrespected the customer. She calmly got a manager and helped the next customer. The only downside is that when you go to claim your merchandise you must pay cash. So remember to go in with the full amount you need to reclaim your item and bring the pawn ticket if possible!
