I have been looking for a certain shotgun magazine for awhile, but refused to pay the high price of retail stores. She just happened to have it with a stack of magazines in a show case. $15 for a $65 mag. Even grandpa found something for himself. If all transactions go this smoothly here then save your money by shopping here instead of the high price gun stores. Just make sure you do your research before you buy.

Requested that it be returned when the repair was made. Made two trips to pick up the clasp and chain. The chain is repaired but Zales is refusing to return the clasp blaming the repair facility. Keeping the gold clasp is fraudulent- it's 14k gold, has value, and it's mine. Still waiting (02/08/26) for call to pick up my clasp and chain.

There were multiple pieces that I wanted to look at and purchase but without associate to help us, we just left after about 20 minutes. When I say every other story we went to including kay, boutique shops, and even the pawn shop down the road provided a better guest experience! This experience made us feel that when we need a cleaning or more jewelry we would get subpar service and that's not for us.
