I always try to support local small businesses when I can, which is why I chose Jewelry Limited verses other options in Burleson. When I went to drop off my ring, the staff was nice and explained the process of getting my ring repaired, and gave me an itemized receipt, so I could give it to my insurance company. They also set expectations that it would take at least a month to get my ring repaired because they were backed up. That was fine with me. As it got closer to a month, I had not heard back from them. So I called them myself, the first time I called I was told that I needed my receipt number which I did not know. The staff member told me that they would look for my order and call me back. I waited two days and I still did not hear back from anyone so I called back again.And this time I had my receipt number. I was told that they would check the status of my ring and they would call me back later that day. Three days later, they finally called me back and told me that my ring was ready. When I did pick up my ring, I have to say I was impressed because not only had they replaced the missing diamond but they cleaned it and they even buffed out some scratches I had on the band. I was not crazy about the customer service over the phone. So if I have them fix a piece of jewelry in the future, I will go into the store with my receipt to get status in person.

I am someone who is well above the average when it comes to the knowledge of Rolex, the history of Rolex and the movements of Rolex when I walked in, I was greeted by some heavyset man with thick glasses, and he came on very strong and somewhat passive aggressive. He told me there was no possible way that I could ever be allocated to watch since I do not live locally I know this to not be true because of my history with Rolex in different cities due to being a pilot, he began to show me some other watches, and he seemed very pushy about me purchasing a Breitling, and I was just turned off by his overall energy and demeanor. It wasn't that he was outright rude, but he just came off very strong and pushy. Definitely not somebody that I want to do business with which is why I didn't even buy a watch while I was there. I ended up speaking to the manager and telling her about my experience before I knew she was actually the manager, and she was extremely nice and accommodating and wanted to make it right. But to be told just because I live out of town, there's no way that I could be placed on a list of potentially be allocated to watch, even though I have a buying history was the first time in my life that I've ever heard that and I've been into a dozen Rolex stores throughout my lifetime.
