What they have is pretty much the same price as new guitars at Guitar Center and they would not go below 10% discount. I was looking at some jewelry and it also semeed very pricey. My husband said the guns were also priced almost as high as new and that some of the guns look very used. I'd suggest shopping around and online because it doesn't look like there are any decent deals here.

Then in the middle of the deal he changes up and says not for sale the item is listed to low. It's been on the shelf for 2 years and he told me no one's looked at it and it's been marked down to move it. How are you going to list some thing for sale and then jack up the price when the first person shows up to look at it. Completely unprofessional and terrible business practices. I will be advising anyone i meet to steer clear of the cheats.

Richard and his team are absolutely awesome. I have dealt with Bedford gold and silver for…read more.. maybe 5 years or so now. Everything from selling him my Rolex. replacing watch bands, batteries, even repairing my fiancé's 2.3 ct engagement ring. I had it built, and it was meant for a 1 ct stone, but I had them put a much larger one in. within a week, it had cracked the white gold, and we almost lost the stone. It was still under warrantee, but I know and trust Bedford Gold &Silver to do it correctly. So I opted instead to pay to have it done right. The work him and his team do is nothing short of fantastic. They really are artists, and very very good at what they do. And they clean it for free. Thank you, for everything Richard. I'll See you soon.

The manager even asked me if I'd thought about selling it privately since she felt the bid was pretty low, but it was about what I paid for the watch in the first place so I took it :) I appreciated the honesty, though! She really made me feel comfortable with the whole deal. Very fast exchange--brought in the watch and she checked the serial number to assure authenticity, then came back with their bid. I left with cash in hand in under 20 minutes! I took a quick look at their merchandise, everything was very nicely displayed and looked to be well priced. I definitely feel comfortable doing business with Dallas Gold & Silver Exchange in the future and look forward to their brand new building (coming soon).
